The town of Sergeyev is located in the northeast of Moscow Oblast, 71 km north-east of Moscow. The famous town of Golden Ring. The name of the town stems from the owner of a monastery, Saint Sergey Radoniezhsky. He is a noble monk who is a kind and hardworking monk. The Three Holy Monastery of Sergey is the site of Orthodox pilgrimage and the highest-status monastery in Russia. Under the stone church of the Holy Trinity, the monastery was once the cemetery of Saint Sergeyev, and now it is dedicated to his spiritual bones. Sergeyev is the center of Orthodox Russia, and "more than half of Russia's history is related to Orthodox", so the town is not big, but it is a spiritual holy place for Russians. People come to the town to worship, and they quietly queue to take the holy water from the monastery's holy pool to take it home, in order to pray for peace and health.
