According to the records of Yuncheng County, "Guanyin Temple Pagoda" is named for its location in Guanyin Temple. The original Seven-level high, built in the Five Dynasties Changxing two years after the Tang Dynasty, so people call it "Tang Pagoda". Because of earthquakes and other reasons, the top of the tower collapsed and was abandoned for a long time. By the end of the Qing Dynasty, the top of the tower was broken in the shape of an official hat, so it was also called "barren tower" or "Zhaotou tower". The existing Guanyin Temple Pagoda is a pavilion brick eaves with eight edges and four gates. There are coupon top Qiankun Gate in east, west, north and south, and brick carved false windows in the other four sides. At the top of the pagoda chamber and niche, the arch is made of brick bucket arch rings. The bucket arch is exquisitely made. The bucket arch is built in layers, and the structure is rigorous. It is scattered and delicate. The top of the corridor in the connecting tower is also made of brick bucket arch.
