Hungry after the midnight flight out of the airport, I quickly found a fruit belly upstairs in the Manila hotel. Originally, I calculated that a lunch of 2300 pesos was not cheap, but it actually felt great value. There were too many dishes to eat. The steak was actually a cow, and the port-style sweet roast was a plus. Desserts are excellent. Sweet and not spicy, there are obviously Japanese chefs or chefs who have learned to cook in Japan, especially the Japanese taste of the law, will not be too tired. The fried food is generally too salty, and the duck breast is a fusion cuisine. I was dismissive of the fusion cuisine, but the duck breast made of cold dishes after the oil seal was unexpectedly delicious. Generally speaking, everything is beautiful except for the ingredients that must exist in the self-service (salty, sweet, too oil).
