RIBSofvienna在stefen教堂旁边不远，步行10分钟就到，由于是地下餐厅，规模不大，早已座无虚席，比较嘈杂，不过这家店的优点是，明码标价，店门口明明白白写着套餐价格，13.8欧（烤排骨），而且烤排骨也是维也纳特别符合国人口味的一道当地特色料理，烤排骨的分量很足，男士吃一份也会略多，女士则可以两人分享一份。一般先上浓汤，很香很诱滑，有股奶香的味道，约十五分钟烤排骨上桌了，在一个椭圆形的木质大托盘上，上面横躺着2根扇肋排，一堆花花绿绿的沙拉，搭配2-3种不同口味的蘸酱，满满当当肉香四溢的端到眼前，任谁也不能抵挡这色香味意型五样俱全的美食诱惑，配菜一般有蔬菜沙拉、炸薯条等，有肉必须有酒，黑啤是最佳搭配，三欧一大杯，吃完了那个饱啊，看看那一堆骨头，感觉每个人都是大胃王。

烤肋排太棒了，很入味，一大条上来，随吃随切，要是肉质烤的火候再嫩点就更好了。炸火鸡排外焦里嫩。almdudler是国饮，带气儿的，酸甜解渴。有一种色拉里配的牛肉很筋道，味道不错。土豆汤特别好喝，是用肉汤调制的，里面还有胡萝卜等，就面包正合适。柠檬汁啤酒是他家特色，好喝不贵。甜品也都很nice。总的来说性价比很高，服务也不错。亚洲人很多，需要提前预定。

汤和色拉口味一般，主菜烤肋排味道很好。有不同口味的肋排可供选择。原味，蒜香，蜜汁，咖喱……（我们只吃了4种口味）必须要赞一个。现在这家店可能是网红店了，全是我大中华的游客来品尝的地方不是太好找，是在地下室的，由于客流大，建议提前定位，或者是早去排队。
