I made a booking with 4people for Xmas dinner menu but one of us could not make it. So when we arrived at the restaurant I informed one of the server that it will be only 3 of us. Then the server said, ' you should have informed us in advance, we actually prepared a lot. He looked so annoyed, I apologized but he still kept complaining. I was embarrassed in front of my friends and our dinner started in a bad mood. They should consider how to say it as it ruined our dinner as we were very much looking forward to this Oumi Japanese Beef Dinner. I know I should have informed us in advance but if its so important they should have called me in advance and confirm if we are all coming. I have never experience server complained to customer like this. I and my friends will never go back again. The service was lousy.
