Hygiene: I want to particularly emphasize the hygiene here. Since I was traveling with elders who have high standards for cleanliness, this guesthouse was by far the cleanest accommodation on our trip. It even helped the elders slowly warm up to the idea of staying in guesthouses, offering a different experience. Environment: A century-old villa, the ambiance is beyond words, and it was very comfortable to stay in. Service: The front desk staff provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. From the receptionists to the ladies at the tea house and the cleaning aunties, everyone was very professional and friendly.

The housekeeper's service attitude was very good. He patiently solved any problems. The recommended night snack stall and barbecue delivered to your door were delicious. It was very convenient to rent a car and it was close to the scenic area.

Booked this for a friend, and after looking at several options, I still went with this one because the location is truly excellent. Besides Jimei, which requires a subway ride, you can reach all other places by bike. Of course, if you don't want to cycle, you can walk 200 meters to the main road and catch the tourist special line 29, haha. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful with travel tips. Having a washing machine was also very convenient.

Breakfast spread was amazing with good variety of tasty local dishes. Everyone was attentive and check in on us every now and then. Superb service we ever experienced in Wuyishan. Love their in-house tea eggs and had an unique experience with their specialised tea bath. Thank you for the memorable stay! We will be back again for sure 🥳

The room is clean and tidy, and the wontons for breakfast are delicious! The B&B is located by the Chongyang River, and the walking and fitness trail is very convenient, which is very suitable for us to walk and walk the dog. It is less than ten minutes away from the Sangu Street Food Night Market. I recommend the smoked goose and special food at the Aliange headquarters. The boss is responsive and helped us book the performance tickets for the Good Impression Dahongpao a week in advance. The location is very good👌! Stumbled upon a Ctrip gem, this B&B was a delightful surprise during my Wuyishan trip. The scenery here is stunning, easily rivaling the Nine-Bend Stream. The owner is incredibly warm and provides excellent service. They even upgraded our room for free, offered complimentary fruit, tea eggs, and health-boosting tea, and the breakfast spread was generous. Their tea factory produces delicious tea, and they even gifted us some when we left. This B&B offers great value for money, especially for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am – I couldn't find a single flaw, even in the nooks and crannies. Highly recommended!

I was not familiar with Gulangyu Island at all. I contacted the hotel staff (later I learned that it was the hotel manager). The hotel manager patiently told us how to transfer from Xiamen High-speed Railway Station to Gulangyu Metro Ferry, etc., and picked us up at the ferry port. It was after 8 pm when we arrived at Gulangyu Island, and it was still raining heavily. The hotel manager waited at the ferry port for more than 30 minutes (touched). The room was very clean and easy to get in and out. The manager also gave us a power pack for the tour, which was very nice! In short, it was a pleasant 2-day trip to Gulangyu Island! I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

There are many attractions close to it, such as Huangcuo Beach, Xiamen University, Shapowei, Zengcuoan, and I searched and found that they are all very popular attractions. Although the first floor always has linen carts piled up, the building itself is beautiful and elegant, inheriting the Queensland colonial architectural style well. There's a washing machine on the rooftop, which I only discovered on the last day, but for some reason, the entire floor was covered in soap suds. The simple breakfast is enough to fill you up, and you can ask for more if needed, which helps reduce food waste. The guesthouse has strollers available; I suggest parents using unofficial alternatives take advantage of theirs. We used a luggage cart as a stroller, and our child ended up with a bump. The pharmacy is on the commercial street, and the guesthouse provides iodine swabs. The shower head is quite heavy, and they use Sooky toothpaste, which is a nice touch. The toothbrushes are also rare, featuring an anti-slip design.
