The hotel is located in a quiet, single-family villa complex, with a great environment and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's close to Qiaogang Street and the pier. The rooms are available in a variety of styles, each with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and entertainment area. The owner is very kind and friendly, actively recommending good restaurants and seafood spots. It's a perfect choice for a group trip!"

🌳 The hotel is located within the scenic area, away from the city's hustle and bustle. And if you want to go to West Street, no worries – the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service there. 🚙
💚 The hotel rooms are cozy, and the environment is beautiful; even on a cloudy day, it's very comfortable.
❤️ The butler service is super attentive: they remind you of the daily weather, activity arrangements, and meal times!
🧡 Breakfast is abundant, and afternoon tea and supper are also included! 😋😋😋
💙 We booked a room with a hot tub, and the staff would clean and fill it beforehand every time. Coming back from a day of walking to a hot spring soak completely melted away all the day's fatigue! You can also enjoy the pool during the day! There's a washing machine with a dryer next to the pool, which solved our laundry problems – who understands the feeling of coming home with clean clothes? 🥹 (It allows for a seamless transition to your next trip)

AAnonymous UserThis was my third trip to Guilin. This time I brought my partner, and unfortunately, it rained all three days, so we pretty much just relaxed at the hotel. The environment at Songpin and the quality of the rooms are simply top-notch, definitely the best of Huazhu Hotels. The room was also spacious enough! I only have two suggestions for future improvements. First, the breakfast quality could be enhanced. On our second day, the ice machine was broken, so there was no ice or iced water. Second, the TV in the room seemed a bit small given the size of the room. Overall, even though the weather in Guilin wasn't great this time, the hotel provided a lot of emotional value!

The hotel is a chic Chinese-style courtyard. Upon entering, we were immediately captivated by the tranquil landscape pond, exuding a Zen-like serenity that instantly melted away our travel fatigue.
What truly surprised us was the hotel's versatile offerings: there's a high-quality Western restaurant on the first floor, and a super stylish cafe tucked away on the fourth! Their afternoon tea is an absolute must-try – both the desserts and coffee were unexpectedly excellent. It's truly the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon.
Our king-size room was equally satisfying. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a dreamless and wonderfully restful night's sleep. The excellent soundproofing further guaranteed we had ample rest.
Lastly, I must commend the front desk staff. From our initial booking inquiries to the check-in process, they were consistently warm, patient, and provided impeccable service, making us feel incredibly welcome.
In conclusion, this hotel offers impeccable ambiance, facilities, and service. We wouldn't hesitate to choose it again for our next visit! Highly recommended to everyone!

When we were taking pictures, the boss brother also gave us ice cream, which was very considerate. Mosquito repellent spray and other mosquito repellent sprays were also provided. When my skirt got wrinkled on the way, an ironing machine was provided. All in all, the service experience was very good!

JJenny188This hotel is a must-stay. Clean, tidy, beautiful, and well-equipped. It's close to the scenic area, yet quiet, making it a perfect place for a short trip. The views from the hotel balcony rival those of the scenic area, and you can even enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The owner was also incredibly kind, helping arrange a car before arriving at the hotel and even collecting my luggage. He was incredibly helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

GGuest UserThe room was great! The room was renovated from an old house, but it is still very comfortable to live in. The bedding and toiletries are all good. The interior decoration of the room is relatively simple and industrial style. There is also a public kitchen, coffee machine and refrigerator, which is very convenient. The boss was very nice and talkative. He introduced us enthusiastically and sent us detailed notes about the surrounding places to eat, drink, have fun and travel. He was so thoughtful. It's a pity that this trip was too short and I didn't have a few more days to experience it. I just sat in the courtyard, made tea, listened to the rain and enjoyed the slow life.

The room is very clean and simple. The warm and caring owner also prepared a free afternoon tea for everyone. The breakfast is also very good. In short, it is the first choice for family stays! A few hundred meters away is the entrance to Silver Beach, which is also very convenient for going to the beach.

FFlowerduoduoFacilities: The rooms are fairly well-equipped. The master bedroom has a bathtub with a disposable bathtub cover. Toiletries are provided, but conditioner is not available, so bring your own. Shampoo is a large bottle of Rejoice, and shower gel is a large bottle of Safeguard. Toilets are located on the second and third floors, while a squat toilet is located on the first floor. Each room has a balcony. The first-floor kitchen has an induction cooktop, a rice cooker, and a kettle.
Cleanliness: Clean. The bedding had a light, reassuring smell of disinfectant. The bathrobes looked new and spotless.
Environment: A single-family villa. We stayed in a row facing the river. The surroundings are pleasant and tranquil in the summer, perfect for escaping the heat. It was quiet and we slept very well.
Service: Very helpful. During our two-day stay, the maid even helped with housekeeping.
