Great location, clean room, friendly staff and very easy to come and go and rent a scooter or other things. Photo is view from our balcony

The environment was very clean and tidy, and the owner's service was excellent. The security at the entrance was great, and the elevator went up to the 6th floor. The building's interior design and materials were clearly of high quality. The interior color scheme was also very stylish. The sea view room was amazing! There was even a small balcony where you could relax. Enjoying a late-night snack while feeling the sea breeze was wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfortable! And the sheets were so soft. There was also a capsule coffee machine in the room. Highly recommended! I highly recommend everyone to stay here! 😂 It was truly fantastic!

The location is close to the Waterfront Forest Cute Animal Park, and nearby attractions and night markets are a 10-15 minute drive away. The stay felt like home, and I'm very grateful to the housekeeper for their helpful recommendations of restaurants.

Clean and comfortable, there are KTV, mahjong tables, many board games to play on the first floor, if you are not a private building, the sound insulation problem is very lucky, in addition to the overall five-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Breakfast and dinner are rich. The service staff is very friendly and I will visit again if I have the opportunity.

The first time I came to Hualien to play, I stayed at such a good homestay, beautiful, comfortable, and environmental sanitation are great, the boss, the board lady is gentle and kind and talkative, and I am very lucky to book such a quality homestay in order to make every guest who stays in the hotel have the best rest environment. It's really great, thank you for your reception, thanks for your hard work, and I will definitely stay again next time I come to Hualien (*^_^*).

Super clean, spacious, & beautifully decorated in a minimalist style! Brand new building, so everything is new & modern, including plenty of electrical outlets. Shower is huge & has a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, unlike many in Asia. Really nice toiletries, free unlimited bottled water, &and full-size fridge/freezer in the lobby where you can store food, meds, or chill your drinking water. We stayed twice, one week apart, & the bathroom rugs were cute & different both times. Some noise from the traffic, airport, and nearby construction is audible, but easily drowned out with some white noise. No food nearby, but you can get something before you leave the airport and they sell cookie/cracker/chip type snacks in the lobby. Or, of course, use apps to get things delivered. Convenient location 2-3 subway stops from the airport (depending on terminal), then a 10-15 minute walk along a mostly flat path. A swivel carry-on size suitcase was able to wheel along on all 4 wheels except for a couple places where it got tipped onto two wheels to get up a curb or over gravel. No sidewalk most the way, but a wide enough shoulder you aren’t walking in traffic - though I’d still

Advantages: large space, simple furnishings, very comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is not good, and the dog barking and chatting in the opposite room can be heard. 2. I believe that the bedding and the floor mat are cleaned very clean, but there are stains on it that have not been removed. It is visually very reduced. It is very torn that the pillowcases are damaged. It is actually used. This is really more than. 3. The mirrors, hangers, and shower heads in the bathroom are too high, and they are not friendly to people who are not tall. Especially the shower head, my husband and daughter said that as soon as the shower head was opened, the water directly shot the opposite wall, and the water column was too high to rush the body. The balcony is not clean enough. There are mildew stains on the washstand. Suggestion: Towels and mouthwash cups should be prepared for the convenience of the accommodation.

The service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.
