That's impossible.

I went sightseeing from Kyoto, but the location is far and steep. When I arrived, it was a wasteland. I can't recommend it at all. I don't understand the meaning of high evaluation. If you want to see Mt. Ontake, I think you should look for another place.
View spot of Mitake Panorama Line. There is a parking lot and benches. It was on the way to Mudaki Onsen. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the scenery due to gas on the day of my visit.
The trees are so thick that the scenery is hard to see.

Because of weekdays, it was quiet and quiet without passing by cars and motorcycles. There was an observatory, but the tree 々 in front of me became larger and the visibility was not very good. The view from the area where there is the most lava flow sign in Japan a little far away is wonderful, and it is recommended to see the waterfall.
Drive for about 20 minutes after leaving Muddy River Onsen. You can see the large panorama of Mitake on your left. View point of Mitake Panorama Line. You can feel the size of the base, and the angle is different from the Kaida Kogen. Is it a forestry station where I work? The public corporation told me, "When you go to Suzuran, you can see Norikura, the Northern Alps, Mitake and 3."
From the observatory here, you can overlook the remains of the longest lava flow in Japan. Of course, the view of Mt. Mitake is beautiful, and the autumn leaves are beautiful.
