Located at Minzhu Square, I planned to take some out-of-town friends for a feast and headed straight to this newly opened Changxianlou. The environment is great—upscale yet cozy. I even stumbled upon a sea urchin display case on the 2nd floor, just like a museum exhibit. The food was also super delicious 😋 ✔️ Master's sea urchin rice ✔️ Changxian salmon rice I have to praise the quality. It was super fresh and had amazing fat content. Paired with the secret dipping sauce, it was incredibly thoughtful and truly delicious. ✔️ Passion fruit and cuttlefish egg soup The texture and taste were quite magical—it had the aroma of passion fruit and a satisfying sweet and sour flavor. It was tangy and appetizing, and felt great to drink. The restaurant also serves fresh-squeezed juices—red dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, and kiwi 🥝🍍. They are delicious and pair perfectly with the raw fish rice. A simple day, a mini-vacation in life ⛱️ starting with a big meal.
