The planned area of Mucheng Park is 3,800 mu, and the built-up area is 2,600 mu. Mucheng Park creates forest landscapes through landscaping, digs lakes to create landscaping, expands hydrophilic space, reflects the characteristics of freshness and nature, returning to nature, and highlights "wetlands, water towns, leisure and entertainment." "Four major elements, with multiple functional areas such as riverside scenic spots, waterfront lakeside, characteristic culture, commercial food and so on. Provide the general public with a good place for tourism, sightseeing and leisure. Not far from the entrance to Mucheng Park is the open and atmospheric Minghu Square. The square has a total area of more than 10,000 square meters. It has a sunken square and a colorful and dynamic music fountain. Near the river embankment, there is a riverside square with a total area of more than 7,000 square meters. The wooden gallery, giant Taihu stone and hydrophilic platform on the square form a beautiful scenery. In addition to these two large squares, there are several small squares in the park for tourists to rest and to park for sightseeing vehicles. Walking through Minghu Square is Minghu. Minghu occupies about one-fifth of the area of Mucheng Park, about 600 acres. Ming Lake is divided into two parts by Jiukong Bridge. The lake on the north side is shaped like the sun, and the lake on the south side is shaped like a crescent moon. Walking on the shore of Ming Lake, you can see that the lake is vast, the small islands in the lake are connected to the long embankment, and the long embankment is connected to the wooden bridge. The lotus pond and lotus pavilion connected by the lotus bridge are completely integrated into the landscape water system, which is very ornamental and the scenery is beautiful and pleasant. When you come to the shore of Minghu Lake, you can see two strip-shaped beaches and pebble beaches. The artificial beach is about 700 meters long, and the pebble beach is about 300 meters long. The sand and pebbles are all transported from other places. Here, you can enjoy the fun of barefoot sand and relax. There are many naturally formed wetlands in the park. More than 30 kinds of aquatic plants such as reeds, lotuses, water onions, water lilies, and Zaili flowers grow in the wetland landscape area. The more than 70 acres of wetlands in the park play an important role in providing water resources, regulating climate, conserving water sources, degrading pollutants, and protecting biodiversity. Walking through the trails in the park, each piece of Taihu Lake stone with its own characteristics is amazing. In Mucheng Park, seven strange stones are distributed throughout the park, and the larger one is placed in Linjiang Square, facing the Yangtze River, like a horse soaring over the river.
