In June, 々 Nayame blooms
Original Text
About 5 minutes walk from Ayame Koen Station on the Yamagata Railway Flower Nagai Line to the park entrance. It is divided into "Ayame Park Hill" with playset and plaza and "Ayame Park" where Ayame is planted. In June, the kind of Ayame 々 bloomed and the 'Ayame Festival' seemed to be held, but since it was late July, the time of the flower was completely over.
I went for a walk in Ayame Park. Unfortunately, the time was different, so it was quiet. The parking lot is large and the park is large, so I think it's good when it's Ayame. After that, the guerrilla heavy rain + hail came down.
You can see hundreds of irises. There is a charge, but I entered with a free ticket distributed to the citizens. At peak times, there are shops and lion dances, so it is lively. I stopped by while I was working, but I didn't really want to see it.
I went a little late from the time I saw it, so some of the ayame were still in full bloom and unfortunately some were scattered. There was a pond in the park, so it was nice to be cool.
When I was driving with a map as a clue, I arrived at Ayame Koen Station immediately, but I couldn't reach the front entrance because I went to the sports park and the shrine. Early in the morning, neighboring families and children compete ahead and enter the park. Apparently, there was a sketch tournament and it was crowded. Ayame is very famous in Nagai town, and it seems that he loves Ayame by giving the town.
