I do not recommend the agency for safari activities. At the beginning of our trip to Kenya, we had a very unmotivated guide. He rarely told us about the flora and fauna, and, because he didn’t know the answer, he couldn’t answer one of our questions. After the trip we just didn’t get sent to the airport despite the arrangements. After waiting 4 hours (!), we decided to get on the taxi. Otieno promised to transfer (taxi and food) for this as we had already paid. We have not received a refund so far. Otieno ignored our emails, text messages and phone calls; we have no chance of getting in touch. I do not recommend agents. You would rather spend a few dollars more to save trouble.

I set this agent in April 2018 and lost contact before flying to Kenya. The debt collection has not been completed until 2019. Don't believe the praise on TA and brush it out. Take a closer look at the bad reviews. Safari is really a price for a price, don't participate in a group that is too cheap. #Blood and Tears Lesson#
