The Northern Territories refer to the four islands of the Toumai Islands, Shikitan Island, Kunigo Island, and Etorofu Island. Cape Nasabun is only 3.7 kilometers away from the Shell Islands of the Toumai Islands, and it was visible to the naked eye. We hope for a peaceful solution.
It's at Cape Nasab, the easternmost part of the mainland.

A monument called "Four Islands Kaeru Nichi Peace Day"? monument? Was at Cape Nosappu, the easternmost part of the mainland. I felt new among the many monuments erected around the cape. The top was an aluminum panel, and the northern territories island 々 was drawn. The day we visited was blessed with good weather, so we could see the island 々 drawn on this panel well.
It is a monument with the Northern Territories Island 々 written.

Several stone monuments were built from the tip of Cape Nosappu to Cape Nobogo Park, where the northern building is built. I think each group built it with their own thoughts. This "Four Islands Kaeru Nichi Peace Day" is one of those monuments. It was still a new monument, and the four northern islands were illustrated on the aluminum top plate at the top.
Located at Cape Nosappu. If the weather is nice and there is no fog, you can see the Northern Territories like this guide version. On the day I visited, I couldn't see any island because it was covered with thick fog.
It was positioned as an explanation version that represents the positions of Kunigo Island and the Tomai Islands. It wasn't clear as shown in the illustration, but I was able to confirm several islands. According to the illustration, there is a mountain 々 of Shiretoko Peninsula behind Kunigo Island, and I got a mysterious impression. When I visited Cape Nosappu, it was a special positional map to look at the northern territories.
