Fukuoka Apartments

It is a room in a general studio condominium. All fit in a compact. The price and location were very good. However, there is a problem with cleaning the room. There is no cleaning during the stay, but the cleaning seems to be cluttered from the original 々, and the dust on the blind is amazing at a terrible level. Also, there was a horrible amount of dust and garbage under the bed and shelf, and I felt like I saw something I shouldn't see. Dust also flutters when raising and lowering the blinds. Even if I was sleeping, I couldn't sleep because I was afraid of dust and garbage under the bed. The air conditioner also seems to be bad for my body because dust waits, so I was scared even if it was cold. The sheets and towels are clean. .. .. There is a table on the wall where you can eat, but the wall was covered with a lot of stains when the guests cooked and ate, and I felt filthy. This is not recommended for elderly people, children, allergies, and innocent people. There is also a small kitchen and washing machine, so you can cook and wash easily. You can also walk to Tenjin, Hakata Station and Canal City. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and pharmacies in the neighborhood. The subway station is also close. It is a very convenient place. The point is that non-smokers are not smoking in the whole building. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I don't think it's difficult for Japanese people to sort garbage. There are many young Koreans and Chinese guests. The price is relatively cheap as accommodation, so I think it is a good accommodation for those who can dare not see hygienic problems (dust, garbage, wall stains, etc.).

This is my first time traveling by myself. This staff Chrome was so kind to us. Introducing dinning place which is very closed to our stay. We were so hungry as we didn’t eat anything from afternoon departure from Hong Kong. We appreciate his hospitality. Hakata ラン and dumpling were so delicious. The room is very tidy. Has detergent for washing and balcony’s. Enough heating power supply and air conditioning. Have Microwave, fridge and washing machine. Did not use the washing machine so cannot comment. fridge is off condition so do not know where is the switch on bottom. Everything are perfect!

Stayed on New Year's Day for participation in the first sale sale. It was a double bed, non-smoking room for 2 people ¥7200. The location is a bit far from the downtown of Tenjin, but it is within walking distance to Tenjin and there is a cheap parking lot near the hotel, so I don't think there is a problem. The location to check in is different from the hotel and 10 minutes walk from the hotel? It is about a place. Check-in will end in a few minutes by telling the name of the reservation and telling the room number and getting the room key. The hotel itself seemed new and clean, no cleaning problems, no noise. The water pressure of the shower and hot water is also good. The bowl of the washbasin was small, so it was a little inconvenient when polishing. No pajamas. Amenities are minimal. Refrigerator, kitchen is in the room, but when you use microwave oven, you need to get off to the lobby by elevator and chin. I didn't use it, but there was also a set of futons separately from the bed. The hot pot was placed in the lobby, so it seemed to be a system to borrow freely. It was also a hotel that I thought I could use when staying in Fukuoka.

Clean, spacious room. Love the kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer is available. Very convenient. The hotel will email out the door entrance code and check-in ID one day in advance. Check-in and check-out on the tablet in the unstaffed lobby was easy. Free paking lot. 7-11 and Family mart are within walking distance. Good location. Walking distance to Kushida shrine, Canal City Hakata, etc. Highly recommend esp for families.

The check-in place is two small streets away from the accommodation, the traffic is very convenient, stayed for 4 nights. Not far from the station, I went to Nenggu Island, Kokura, Liuchuan, Taizaifu Tianmangong!

Convenient location. There is a parking lot downstairs. 10 minutes walk to a restaurant. The convenience store downstairs takes about 5 minutes to walk, so this is not very convenient. , yes, the room faces the road by the bridge, so it is noisy. People who need peace and quiet should tell them not to have rooms facing the road. There is this picture outside the terrace that seems to be an escape route. But I don’t know how to use it correctly

I slept so well that this is the only picture. The location is right in front of the airport, but it's on the domestic flight side, so you have to take the airport shuttle bus to go to the international flight! However, the bus interval was short, so it was okay because it was a free bus. The Jjapi Airport Railroad was on the domestic side, so it was good for sightseeing. The cleanliness was good and it was nice to be able to cook simple meals in the room because there was a range, sink, and induction for the price, but there was no heating... It was a bit cold, but I think it'll be fine when the day gets hot. It's air-conditioned. The radiator and heater only had cold wind coming out... Anyway, I slept well!

We stayed 3 nights in A Good Day and it’s honestly difficult to find something to complain about. As its name suggests it, the hotel is located along the Naka river, a bit south of the Nakasu island, 15 minute walk from the Hakata station. We took actually the time to walk in the neighborhood, full of small and cute shrines, gardens and cozy and cool restaurants and bars. It was actually nicer to discover this neighborhood and much more outside the common tourist areas, which was fine by us. The personal is incredibly nice, the room are clean and very practical, the breakfast is a mix between continental and Japanese. We had a great stay, highly recommendable. The only bémol for us was the powerful green light of the smoke alarm system (I think) on the bedroom’s ceiling. It was really powerful and can be annoying during the night.

The room equipment is very high-end, including a washing machine with drying function, a projector, a microwave, a detailed shower head, and a very comfortable double bed. I am very satisfied with everything.

Room, at this price, and the average accommodation in Fukuoka, this space is large, well equipped, can cook by yourself, there is also an oven microwave, washing machine, and a small balcony to dry clothes, very suitable for family travel, and two children under the age of six can stay free, There is a sofa bed in the room, which can be covered with a mattress, and it is as good as the general bed, so the bed is completely enough, and then there is a 7-11 and the whole family nearby, within three minutes of walking, and there is a supermarket. Although the hotel does not have breakfast, it buys microwave food or simple breakfast by itself. You can heat it in the room, and then it is about 500~600 meters from the nearest subway station. It is OK. It only takes one stop from the Tianshen business district. This hotel is really recommended. It is less than 3000 prices. This CP value is really good. I will choose it first next time.
