AAnonymous UserI only stayed for one night but was so impressed by how spacious the room felt despite having 1 King and 1 single sofa bed which was helpful for my luggage packing and elderly parents. There was a ultra fast charging (100W) port and I thought that was very helpful. The location is also the best, nothing can beat, cross the road from Hakata station and it's there. Wish I could have booked this hotel across other parts of Japan.

XXiaoxiangbiziExtremely satisfied! The location is super convenient for getting around, everything is within walking distance. Coming back from a concert, I could even enjoy the massage chair, and they provide face masks and foot patches to relieve fatigue – truly a divine hotel! They even have wine for breakfast, which is amazing!

GGuest UserHotel Dormy has a standard and this Premium location is just slightly higher which is a great budget friendly stay. They offer their standard free ramen, ice cream, yogurt and baths but also offer free soda and coffee. Check-in and out are smooth and easy with kiosk or the staff. The room are typical Japanese style small but they are clean and modern. The location of the hotel is right next to a metro station making it easy to access from the airport or train station. You are walking distance to Yatai's by the water and many tourist destinations as well as easily access all other more distant locations via the metro station outside the hotel door. The public baths are clean and offer an indoor and outdoor section as well as the design is more aesthetic than the typical generic baths of most Dormy's.

BBananaJChose this one for its location. But I have to say it is the worst 4-star hotel I’ve had in Fukuoka.
It is clean and the staff were friendly — Japanese standard.
But they organize the front desk poorly: always a long queue at check in. Under staffed and low efficiency. They installed self check-in machines but everyone using that ended up requesting staff attention. Thus, they are useless.
Breakfast is poor in Japanese standard, both quality and taste. And they charge insane price for very small kids.
Bed is terrible. Can you imagine for a 4-star hotel, the bed is made of cheap steel frame. Mine is even shaking when lying on it!
Overall not recommended. There are much better choices around Hakata station.

MMeishiyueyueThis hotel is super conveniently located, close to the subway, right between Tenjin and Hakata. A taxi to the airport was only about 100 RMB. In the lobby, they have complimentary tea bags and hot water, plus an electronic scale which is really handy for weighing your luggage. The rooms are spacious and even come with a humidifier. There's also an onsen (hot spring bath) at the hotel. We stayed in two different room types, and the more premium one had even more amenities like bath salts and mouthwash. The service was excellent; my room key fell out, and a kind passerby found it and returned it to the hotel, which I really appreciated.

Location was very convenient, close to shopping, food options, and transport. Service staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again 🌟

JJessie SoonHotel is located on streets with many famous eateries and shops amongst local and foreign tourists. Tenjin Minami station on Nanakuma Line is 5-6 mins away on foot. Travelled in 3 pax and coincidentally on the weekend where there was a bunch concert and live shows happening in the city so hotel rate was extra expensive (normal weekend is alr very expensive).. Found this hotel within our budget and can fit 3 pax. Sofa bed was kinda comfortable but not the pillow. More used to firmer latex ones while the one they provided is either polyester or microfiber filled so it was very very very soft! Room was tight when the 3 of us opened our luggage. Shower has good water pressure. There’s also public bath on site. They provide in room water purifier machine too.

CCaomeimamaGreat location! There's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Don Quijote nearby. The bus to Itoshima stops right outside, and you can walk to Tenjin and Canal City. There are also food stalls right by the entrance. It's just a few subway stops to the airport, and every night I could even mix my own drinks and have a sip.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient! It's just a short walk to Parco, Tenjin Underground Shopping Center, Iwataya Department Store, and Daimaru Department Store. Plus, there are tons of yatai (food stalls) right across the street to choose from. Very satisfied! 👍🏻

SSinsinisThe room is quite small, and it’s a bit difficult for two people to open their suitcases at the same time — we had to take turns. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I had seen reviews mentioning ikura, but it wasn’t available during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Still, I was overall very impressed.
