I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

The room is quite spacious. It's a bit dated but clean. There's a snack street right downstairs, which is very convenient, and the lake view is also beautiful.

The hotel's location is great, with a convenience store nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the park. It's also about a 10-minute walk to Wansongyuan Food Street, which is very convenient. The room layout matches the pictures, and the toiletries are well-stocked. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The front desk service was great! 😄 I had a really pleasant stay for a few days. They have a microwave at the front desk, which was super convenient for heating up food. The cleanliness was also good. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one is particularly excellent. The cleaning staff were very meticulous, and there's a security guard at the entrance, so safety is well-managed. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'll definitely stay here again. It's truly a great place!

Very close to the subway station, especially convenient, the aunt who checked in was very warm, the decoration was very tasteful, the transportation was convenient, just upstairs from Line 2 A, the room was very clean and hygienic, it was recommended! Come back next time!

It's a bit like a small apartment with relatively complete facilities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, projector, sofa, wardrobe, etc. The scenery outside the window is also nice. There is a subway station downstairs and the commercial street is only a few hundred meters away. It is a very good experience. (Not a lie, but my true feelings)

The washing machine, fridge, kitchen, and tableware were all fully equipped, making it feel just like home. As a Platinum member, my room was upgraded, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and little gifts were prepared. This made for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the staff.

Public transportation and shared bikes are readily available, making getting around easy. The rooms are high-end yet practical, equipped with smart curtains, a thermostatic shower, and a capsule coffee machine. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The service is exceptionally attentive. The receptionist was all smiles and proactively upgraded my room, even giving me a complimentary gift. The housekeeping staff cleans meticulously every day, carefully watering even the plants. Hygiene is impeccable; the room was spotless, the bathroom was dry, and the pandemic prevention measures were thorough, making my stay incredibly safe. It's excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. I'll definitely come back!
