GGuest UserThe first time I stayed in such a good hotel, because Edinburgh was not as fun as I imagined, so I stayed for a day and came to Carlisle. I didn’t expect to encounter such a home-like hotel. If you are a family of four coming to Europe unless you book two rooms, otherwise the room is small. You can’t imagine it. Here ~ to book a suite, like at home, the kitchen has everything! I went to buy ingredients that night to make it!

WWelshExileA lovely apartment style room. It was immaculate, beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. Great location for the town centre and football ground. Self check-in and out was effortless after receiving comprehensive instructions.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, clean and comfortable! The towel rack in the bathroom is heated, very comfortable. Self-service check-in, the room code will be sent to the email on the day of check-in. The whole hotel is quiet, the parking lot is sufficient, and the two-bedroom we booked is very suitable for a family of three.

GGuest UserWe arrived after 6 o'clock, and the front desk was off work. Fortunately, we received the room key code in the mailbox, and we checked in smoothly. The accommodation is comfortable enough for 6 people. We also went to a nearby supermarket to buy ingredients, and we missed a light meal for the buffet. too perfect.

CChiu WanWe encountered difficulty in setting the thermostat and asked for help. The hotline gave us hints to change the settings and as a result, the problem of no hot water was solved.
