I highly recommend B48 Dafni. It’s slightly off the center but getting to the Acropolis takes a 20 min ride, which is totally fine. The design is minimalist and the apartment is pristine clean and has almost everything you need (cooking supplies, blow dryer, cleaning kit, even a small safe deposit box). There is a shop nearby and some cafes.
A couple of things worth mentioning: if you think about having romantic breakfasts in the balcony, you won’t because the flat is overlooking a very busy highway crossing the whole city, though the smell, the dust and the occasional car noise. The noise level in the room with window closed is ok and they also give you some earplugs just in case.
Note that there is no washing machine, as I was staying for 10 days I had to discover that the nearest laundromat requires a 20 min ride which makes a whole operation very time consuming.
Also the apartments are really located near one another (like hotel rooms). I had pretty noisy neighbours and there was no salvation to this lol :) earplugs do help.
Apart of all that I had really great time there. The bed is really good, the cleaning staff is very nice and helpful (since there is no reception desk they will be the only ones answering your questions non-digitally).
But it totally worth its price and if you’re looking for something cosy and not too pricy this is a very good solution.

What a lovely place to stay in the heart of Minastiraki. Our room looked out into a garden with soft relaxing (think day spa) music & birds tweeting, making you feel as if you are in an oasis. Girls at the desk really helpful. Minutes walking to everywhere. Great shower & very clean. Loved our stay
This was a very effective service and sweet place to stay overnight when I had an early morning plane to catch. The communication was fantastic, and I loved the cocoon of the apartment though didn’t venture out.
Amazing property. Very spacious and well
Maintained. Housekeeping was exceptional and was a lovely stay. Really appreciated the private jacuzzi.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and the check in procedure was very seamless.
The photos tied to this hotel is NOT the photos of the hotel. My cab from the airport did not know where this hotel located, got lost and left me across the street from the location. The woman that runs this place is a stickler and all she cares about is money. The door to the room, does not lock very well. The sliding door to the balcony also does not close very well. The room was very old fashioned. It was okay clean - I did see a worm crawling near the curtain next to the balcony door. Breakfast is a rip off. Too expensive for a couple slices of toast and one hard boiled egg, Don't get breakfast here. Was the room spacious? Yes, but I felt unsafe as the doors did not lock well. The decor and furnishings as mentioned were from the 50's. Overall, you can do better. Pick someplace else that will be closer to the beach. Also, this place is not very close to town, so you are better off renting a car or cabbing it to town. By the way, got stuck in that elevator, it took me to the basement and was stuck there for awhile. It's a death trap, don't use it.

I traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

Although there is a small episode in the middle, the location is invincible. It is at the foot of the Acropolis. It takes three minutes to walk for three nights. It is very suitable for cooking and wearing clothes. It solves the problem of many days.

This place was in the middle of everything. Close to downtown, easy access to the sea side. Getting to the room was very simple. The room was exactly as mentioned in the add. Everything worked and was clean. The only negative I can mention was the room was so clean that the cleaning detergent smell was so strong that I had to leave the windows open for most of the night in order to sleep. Overall I was happy with my stay here. If you have a car the parking is a major issue in that area, but that has nothing to do with the room.
This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.
Very clean and comfortable. Location is a little tricky if you are carrying luggage but it's a close enough walk to Kato Patissia station. Would recommend!
This is our 4th time here and we still love it - minus a small inconvenience - laundry. We travel light (no check in luggage) and chose this place because they “had” a washing machine and dryer. The previous owner would provide a specific time and code for each resident. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would still highly recommend this place. Even though it’s been opened for a long time, the apartment is still very well-maintained. We love all the high tech light switches and the fact that it was very clean. The purple apartment faces the pedestrian street and it was relatively quiet and we were able to sleep well through the night. However, you could still like the garbage trucks and people shouting down below. This is a minor issue that ear plugs can readily solve.
The place is huge and it was sucha a good location! It's literally at Monastiraki (walk about 4-5mins) VERY VERY GOOD HOST & VERY CLEAN. Will definitely come back.
Systematic, clean, and everything you need is available. The support is convenient, and there's an option to store your luggage before or after your stay. There's a grocery store nearby and a clothing store right below the accommodation. Plenty of cafes around too.
