The apartment was better than I expected. The room was tidy and new, and the price was good value compared to other places nearby. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, which was perfect for us as we were out early and back late. The only downside is that it's close to the main street, so there's some traffic noise, but my husband and I are both heavy sleepers, so we didn't mind. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted! It's located on a quiet little street lined with orange trees, not far from the metro station. It's just a few minutes to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and there are supermarkets and all sorts of restaurants nearby. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating and moved me to a top-floor room, which I really appreciated! The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the self-service luggage storage was super convenient. My room was spacious, incredibly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Sunbathing on the balcony was so relaxing! The lighting in the room was well-designed, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. I absolutely loved this room.

The location of the hotel is very good. The owner is very warm and friendly. The parking lot is very good. The room is also upgraded. It is great 👍

The interior is beautiful, the access from the airport using the train is good, and the distance to the tourist spot is close. It was the best hotel. The staff was also great.

We loved it! Thanks for your hospitality! We'd be happy to return. Regarding the location: The metro is close by, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. From the balcony, we watched the parade vehicles early in the morning. The only downside is there isn't a large, good supermarket close by. Regarding the accommodation: The apartment is well-equipped, with a welcome set including tea, good coffee, water, and even some oil and vinegar. The bed was excellent, and the sofa was great. There's a large fridge and plenty of dishes. Access is convenient with a code, and the elevator works. Plus, the reception is open during the day if you have any questions. What we didn't like: there's no shower curtain, so it floods every time. And there's no mop to clean up the water – you just have to wait for it to dry.

Excellent! The metro station is right outside, and it's only 600 meters as the crow flies to the Acropolis. The neighborhood has a lively, local vibe. The room was spacious and clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and other amenities.

Everything was just wonderful. We were met at the entrance to the apartments and everyone was told in detail about the apartments 👍🏻 The room was very clean and with a comfortable balcony on which we had breakfast. The towels change every day. The apartments have everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. The location is good. The metro station and grocery stores are not far away. To this place 10 out of 10 🌟

Waren für eine Nacht in diesem Apartment, es war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Einrichtung. Man wurde direkt sehr freundlich empfangen und es stand alles zur Verfügung wie z.b Waschmittel genügend Kaffe und Tee usw es gab sogar Obst im Kühlschrank

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming — hospitality truly 10/10. Since it was my first time visiting Athens, he went above and beyond by recommending amazing places to visit that I wouldn’t have found on Google, along with clear directions on how to get there. The property is perfectly located, very close to the metro and tram stations, and within easy reach of most major attractions. As a solo traveler, this made exploring the city extremely convenient and enjoyable. I made the most of my trip and genuinely loved both the place and the host’s outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Accommodation was exactly as described. Clean and tidy with lots of space. The location was great with only short walks to more popular locations and sites. There's plenty of local restaurants and cafes which was ideal for 10 days. We saw warnings about avoiding back streets but actually found a really nice fish restaurant, nice church with kids playing in the streets. There were also 2 reasonable supermarkets in the vicinity, better value than the multiple minimarts in the area. You are right next to the metro if you don't want to walk. You can easily get to and from the airport for 9 euros with only one change. We did the bus tour which operate from across the road. There was a lot of homeless but that was more between the apartment and Omonia. You see them but they're not aggressive or demanding. I've saw a lot worse elsewhere especially in the UK. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for the price. The staff were very friendly, we didn't need to contact them for anything and they only contacted for cleaning and check in and out. The Christmas village was actually the highlight although seeing a tortoise near the Parthenon was a close second.
