Great property with ideal location opposite the expansive mall. Room was well appointed and with a comfortable and quiet ambiance. Pool options are lovely with some nice areas to stroll around. Reception staff were hospitable.

Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon.

The room is very good, convenient to travel, come with the family, the most problem. The receptionist is kind, cute, polite, recommended for Thai people. There is food around the hotel as well. Come together with many friends, very cool.

The explanation for key picking and parking is very clear. Owner is friendly. Every room has ac and hot water is joss.. Only unfortunately there is a leak in the bathroom coming from the top floor. So quite annoying. Towels are provided too. Under the sofa bed please clean it. And the place to dry towels is time to be thrown away. It's broken

It's very pleasant to stay here. The room is very clean and fragrant. It's also a non-smoking area. Facilities and amenities are complete. Overall, it's very good. The service is also very good and friendly. Moreover, the room with a direct swimming pool view is very beautiful. It was a fun stay here. Will definitely come back here. Thanks a alot.

RRichardo DMAGood experiences anyway. This is a kind of daily cost. But because it's new, it's very clean. The bed is quite comfortable, the air conditioner is perfect cold, the hot water can be adjustable. The bathroom is also very clean because it's new. The new thing is that I forgot to swipe the mirror and clothes hangers/towels ... hehehe ... only minus 1, the car parking slot is very small, you can only get on 2-3 cars. But it's no problem, next time you go to Malang, you can come back again ...
