The location is great, and because it's a new opening, the facilities are clean. What's even better is that even though I booked at a low price, the room was incredibly spacious! I also liked that it wasn't a carpeted floor, so I could walk barefoot without dust flying around. It's not a huge place. Breakfast is simple, like sandwiches. But for the price, I was very satisfied.
It feels more like a shared house than a hotel, so there aren't really any services. You should keep that in mind before you go.
Had a splendid stay. Although there was no parking, they suggested a nearby parking lot. Making it easy for us to take a 10 m walk to the station with plenty of food.
Was provided with very clear instructions on how to check in.
The rooms were very clean with nice furnishing. Tatami beds were very comfortable.
Maybe the only con is there are no elevators. So, if u have heavy luggages, bear in mind but they was a staff at the premise during our check in. He offered to help carry our luggages.
You can experience the Japanese lifestyle.
The room was not very big, but enough for two beds.
When we lived, we encountered rainy days, we didn't need to turn on the air conditioner at night, and we slept at dawn, which was quite comfortable.
If you want to experience it, consider it.

The Vacation Rent Kanazawa provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Kanazawa will find that the Vacation Rent Kanazawa is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is conveniently located just 1km from Kanazawa Station and 35km from Komatsu Airport. With Shin-maru Hiroba, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa and Kenroku-en all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
Good location, convenient key transfer.
Near Santo, supermarket, good sushi, temples. To station 15 minutes walk.
The air conditioner ”works,” but the temperature does not change.
The tatami are dirty, everything in a thick layer of dust.
The plums are all filled. The water in the bathroom goes very bad. (poured one bath all day).
Towels and shampoo are provided.
For the night two are fine. Thanks to the host anyway.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a live performance at Hondanomori Hall. I was glad that they had a parking space nearby.
I would have liked a hairbrush as an amenity.
I would have liked a basket in the bathroom, as I wanted to temporarily store my clothes there.
Overall, I'm satisfied
AAnonymous UserI stayed for a trip with my family. It was more a house than a hotel. I went with four family members, but it was large enough and there were various things, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. It was good to be close to Kanazawa Station. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
