Apartments in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

This motel provides a fantastic, home-like, and comfortable experience with excellent in-room amenities like a washing machine, artificial hot spring bath, rice cooker, and induction cooker. The location is convenient with nearby 7-11 access, making it worth the stay. However, the check-in process is inefficient due to tablet-only registration for all guests, a challenging remote operator, and a lack of elevators. This is a great, affordable choice for travellers looking for a ”home away from home” experience in Japan. If the management improves the digital check-in procedure and provides better on-site support, this would be a perfect stay.

This was my first time staying at Lotte Guesthouse, and it was a great experience. The amenities were very thoughtful, including cutlery, kitchenware, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and even a washer-dryer with laundry detergent. It truly felt like home! The only minor inconvenience for my family was having to queue to use the single bathroom and toilet. For me, I didn't realize until I arrived that our room was on the second floor and there was no option to choose the floor when booking. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs to the second floor was a bit of a struggle!

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! The booking for this accommodation might be a little confusing because some of the facility pictures look similar, so I initially thought it was a shared room. After emailing the host, they clarified it's a 'whole building,' meaning A, B, C, and D each correspond to a separate standalone building. Each building has its own parking space out front. Although the location is a bit secluded, you can't beat how spacious it is; it's very comfortable and roomy. I imagine it gets more popular in winter. It's perfect for family trips, with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could need. Truly, it's very, very, very good.

Awesome room

I used SANU Nasu 3rd for the first time. The room was very clean and the outdoor bath and sauna were very beautiful and impressed! The big desk and nice sofa in the center of the room really made me feel comfortable, and it was a lot of fun to eat and watch movies around the big desk! I thought it would be nice to have tableware and cutlery cooking equipment and make something in the room. I used a lot of outdoor baths and saunas, so I had a lot of bath towels and face towels. However, although there was shampoo rinse body soap, it was a little disappointing that there was no face washing or lotion. You need to bring it and bring it firmly. The bed was also very good with a wide 々 and a fuzzy bed.
