Check in is posted for 2 PM. Found facility around 3 pm and checked in only to find the door to “my room” open, warm, and not ready. Called front desk. Person didn’t apologize. She said I would have to come back to lobby to see if they had another room ready or “you mignt have to wait.” I didn’t take this very well. I am a disabled (invisible) American. The front desk person knew that. Lugging my suitcase on carpeting does a number on my back. She did find another room but it caused my back to spasm. Not necessary. Just practice integrity and customer service excellence.

Just needed a place to stay near airport for an early morning flight. It’s close and Uber was able to pick us up there no problem. Kind of not the best area of town and pretty old but it was fine. Several people
Sitting out really late smoking and staring when we checked in but the didn’t bother us.
