The Quadrilatero della moda is Milan's most famous shopping district. It is a high-class commercial district featuring four renowned streets - Via Monte Napoleone, Via S.Andrea, Via della Spiga, and Via Borgospesso.

Here you can find almost all of the top fashion boutiques like the Armani global flagship store, and even 2-3 Gucci and Prada stores, covering a full range of categories and goods. Moreover, there are a number of Italian and designer stores, along with the Show Room, which are much cheaper than their Chinese counterparts.

If you're not up to walking through all stores in the Quadrilatero della moda, we recommend visiting the Excelsior Milano, a nearby seven-floor shopping mall. The shopping environment is more than adequate and each store eagerly displays their wares on rails behind the shop windows.

Here you can find popular bag brands such as Chloe Drew and Valentino, all starting at just over €1000, which are sure to be a cure all for any young woman's "bag addiction". Additionally, fashionable shoe brands like ACNE and Dr. Martens are reasonably priced.

Foto Veneta Ottica is a vintage eyeglasses shop that is run by a family of three and has been operating in Via Torino since the 1930s. The strong vintage atmosphere will hit you as you make your way to the store, up the stairs, and through the door. The store sells antique eyeglasses. Some are of its own designs and some are big brand designs, some made of plastic and some made of metal, but all are reasonably priced and range from €30 to €120.

The store owner is a nice old man. He will recommend glasses that match the shape of your face and is interesting to have a chat with, even if you have no intention to buy anything. The store also sells a few gadgets like antique cameras and magnifying glasses.

D-Magazine Outlet is Milan's largest fashion outlet chain, with a total of three stores. The easiest one to find is the branch by the cathedral in the city center, which can be reached by walking along the upscale Via Montenapoleone from the cathedral. The store's layout is similar to that of an IT store, and it sells clothes, shoes, and accessories.

From high class brands such as Gucci, Prada, YSL, Lanvin, and Givenchy to trendy brands like ASH, discounts can be found here year-round, including double discounts during certain seasons. You can also apply for a 5% discount card on the official website, though sometimes they may be out of certain sizes.

Serravalle Designer Outlet Italy's largest outlet village, located roughly 100 km from downtown Milan. Big brands here always offer 5-7% off, making the place a good shopping destination outside of Milan. Brands here include Prada, Burberry, Valentino, Hugo Boss, Moncle, and MK. There are over 180 stores here and you can apply for a tax refund on certain purchases if they meet the criteria.

Apart from luxury brands, Serravalle's most prominent feature is that it houses multiple discount stores where the prices are very reasonable, and even cheap. Moreover, Serravalle also has a Lindt Chocolate store, a Ferrari fan merchandise store, and a few kitchenware discount stores.
