We got a BYD Seal which was great, big enough for all our luggage, very nice to drive in Italy. Pick up and return went very smoothly. The deposit was also returned quickly, it took only two weeks. Overall a great experience

Picking up the car was convenient, and returning it was quick. However, the Hertz return route at Milan MXP Airport was poorly designed; I missed the entrance three times because it was very unclear. It's essential to take complete photos of the vehicle's condition both when picking up and returning it to avoid future disputes. We took a whopping 80 photos, documenting every detail. So far, everything is normal and we haven't received any fines. We rented a hybrid, but they actually gave us a gasoline car, which wasn't what we expected. Gas prices are extremely high…

Fiat 500
The car was a hybrid Fiat 500 which was very efficient for our trip from Milan. We were two adults and one kid so it was perfect. The deposit was much smaller than the other companies so it was great. The car had many scratches but it was all documented. We would recommend this rental car
