The vehicle itself was fine, and I was able to rent it relatively easily through online pre-check-in. However, even though I had purchased TRIP's insurance service, I was still offered separate vehicle insurance on-site. In the end, purchasing full protection made the process smoother as vehicle checks were unnecessary upon pickup and return.
