Great location and lovely boutique hotel with delicious breakfast. Would 100 percent recommend to stay here to site see the city. My room and bathroom were large and the bed and bed linens were excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Mr. Simone was extremely helpful. The location is very central and excellent for many of the sights in Palermo. There is no street noise because the building is back from the street on an arcade. Unfortunately, though, noise from the restaurant next door begins at 8 p.m. and continues until midnight or later and is very audible.

We stayed here for a few nights prior to joining a tour of Sicily. Loradana kept track of us and made sure we were on the correct train from the airport. We had a little trouble finding it on foot, but the location was perfect as it was quieter but still centrally located. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Dante and the rooftop terrace for breakfast were a true gem! Buffets included plenty of options from fresh fruit to eggs and breakfast pastries. Dante kept the cappuccinos coming! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Easy walking distance to downtown Palermo.

As chaotic, beautiful, raw and confronting as Palermo is; this place was just a perfect peaceful haven. Our room was spotless, comfortable, relaxing and quiet. A perfect place to recharge and get ready for Palermo. The breakfast was perfect, a typical Mediterranean meal, plenty of it, and coffee to your order. The hosts were just so nice, we had a minor connection problem at the airport and these people chased down the solution for us. They really cared. If we were going back, we would stay there again.

Il proprietario ci ha accolti magnificamente, eravamo in bici per il periplo siculo, e possibilità di tenere al sicuro due biciclette. Consiglio nel caso di accordarsi prima per le bici. Lo spazio non è tanto. Unica struttura visitata con possibilità di fare la lavatrice 👍🏻 dettaglio molto utile per chi come noi fa sport Locale in pieno centro, comodo a tutto. Colazione top!!!!! Paste fresche, e su richiesta, qualcosa di salato. Alcune stanze possono essere un minimo rumorose per via della vita notturna. Ma basta chiudere le finestre e utilizzare il climatizzatore!! Lo consiglio davvero. In 15 giorni e 14 strutture visitate. Giovanni è sul Podio!

I am so glad that I discovered this B&B back in late 2018. I had first visited Palermo in September 2018 and although I loved the room I was in, it was too small. It was located on Via Maqueda. I had planned to visit Palermo again in September 2020 but I had to cancel my trip to Italy due to the pandemic. I decided to travel to Italy again this September and I know today that I made the right decision to stay at this B&B. My mom and I had the best time in Palermo again! Of course it helps when you have a nice place to stay and this B&B exceeded my expectations. I had the largest room with the little balcony. I loved that there was a separate living room from the bedroom so you can dim the lights in one area without disturbing another in the other room. The breakfast was ok. I was given tickets/vouchers for a typical Italian breakfast at a local cafe and it was a good opportunity for me to speak Italian. Also, the staff (Alessia and Raffaele) were great! They kept in touch with me often to verify when I would arrive in Palermo from my long-distance train ride from Napoli. This B&B does not have 24 hour service. This did not concern me. Also, I loved the location of this B&B. It was easy to get to Via Roma and for me to visit the various eateries and shops that were nearby that I wanted to visit. I have wonderful memories of my second stay in Palermo and I certainly would recommend this B&B to all my friends and family. If I am so fortunate to be in Palermo again, I will choose this place.

Absolute perfection. I can't find another way to describe how Massimo and Fabio took care of me and my wife in our stay in Palermo for my birthday. This B&B is in a magnificent location in Palermo city center, very close to all the main attractions, transport stations and bars and restaurants on foot. It is located inside an old building but the B&B is completely new and refurbished in one of the floors. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, with toast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, p (including Sicilian cactus figs), pastries, cereal, juice and great tasting Italian coffee. But the very best of our stay was our hosts, Massimo and Fabio who really know how to make their guests at home. Nothing is too much for them, they will recommend you nice places to visits, as well as restaurants, help with transport, etc. We hope that we can come back some day. One extra tip, the Ponticello restaurant down the corner is great and so is another place called Il Bisso, not too far from the B&B either. Fabio e Massimo, Grazie Mille!
