Super technological, very clean and profumeful (especially the corridor and the bathroom towels I literally loved), all is well-treated in the minimum details. The owner, Mrs. Rossella, and the manager of the structure, Mrs. Deborah, I have never met her because, as I said, it is a super-technological structure. The check in is made with Deborah via whatsapp and phone (and I can assure you that it is very kind and extremely available). The lady opens both the door of the palace, the apartment (which is located at 5 floor with lift) and the room. Once the room is open, a magnetic card will be found on the comforter, which will help open all doors independently throughout the living. A beautiful girl who takes care of the cleaning of the structure is welcomed in the morning, very kind, educated and precise in her work. The structure is located in the middle of the market in Fera o' Luni, and this gives the opportunity to get a little bit of a bit with shopping. The evening (we have been during a weekend) there is a little confusion given by the passage of the cars parking on the surrounding streets to go to the catalan move that is a step (the rooms are faced on the road but with the closed window the noise is minimal). The rooms have a small terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Etna. Breakfast service is not offered, but it is not a problem because it is under the structure, The TH Luxury Central is easily accessible from the airport via the Alibus ship, which stops at 200 mt (we still prefer to rely on a NCC). We're not looking forward to returning!

We were only staying there one night but we did not appreciate the additional €20 charge when the night was included in our trip. The confusing explanation, and only in Italian, has allowed us to understand that it was a residence tax (3 euros per person), which we do not contest. It is noted that the stay tax on our first hotel on palerme was EUR 2. However, the tax on 7 euros on breakfast per person seems unfair. Because we could or wanted to take it, we left the places at 4:30 for our flight from Palermo. We tried to refuse this breakfast tax, arguing that our full night departure did not allow us to take it, but the person didn't want to know, and even took it. The lower ones with their large colored windows (the hotel has been converted into a former theatre) have character, but their toilets are outside. Anyone can go there: it is impossible to leave the slightest personal effects there and to walk around in undress, especially since it is the entrance hall of the hotel... In any case, the room that was offered to us was not the one reserved. The noise. All of the hotel's windows are single-glazed, while the building overlooks one of Palermo's busiest avenues. Suffice to say that earplugs are not an option. For convenience - we were in the middle of July - we decided to stay there anyway. Our host, seeing us disappointed, went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant. The ”cheap” aspect was still verified several times. In use, we appreciated the immediate proximity to all the lively places and transport. There is a very well served bus stop just in front of the hotel, which allows you to reach Mondello beach in three quarters of an hour (bus 101 then 806) and to go to / from the airport by a direct shuttle. The train station is also very close; to go to Cefalù it takes a good half an hour of transport. On the other hand, do not think of going swimming in the vicinity of the hotel: the port is not at all equipped for tourism and there are only breakers apart from a tiny zone of launch. water for the boats, which is not cleaned (sea**** and shells of mussels and oysters act as a beach). Another strong point of the hotel, its agreement with the small cafe overlooking the street where you have breakfast. The managers are not fussy and have the children in good hands (long live the croissants stuffed with Nutella). Finally, we really appreciated the air conditioning, which was silent and worked day and night without the slightest difficulty. In the heat wave, it was really nice to go out in the morning, come in to cool off in the early afternoon and come out rested around 5 p.m. Since most of the places to visit are very close, it is a very practical HQ.

There is every day cleaning which is a big plus. However, some of the rooms need improvements. The floor cover in our room had some holes on it and the shower door was not closing properly. Also for me it wasn't a big issue but in the common areas there was a dog smell always (probably of the owner's). Another point to have in mind, but this is not their fault, the property is right across a kindergarten so early in the morning there can be some noise.

Questa struttura ha un suo proprio stile che lo rende affascinante. La mia bella Sicilia è questo e tanto altro ancora.

This is a lovely Hotel in a central location. A very big plus point for this hotel is that it does have a lift, a small lift, but I have stayed in old building like this and having a lift is a bonus. Another bonus was the FREE safe in the room, again I have stayed in similar hotels that charge for this. We booked a superior room to make sure we had an EnSite bathroom, the room was large (very large) with a nice balcony overlooking Via Etnea, despite this the room was very quiet at a nighttime even though the street remained very busy. No breakfast here, but a very nice cafe on the street next door and numerous other places for breakfast close by. Would I stay here again, defiantly but I would go for the Superior room again.

Hi I arrived yesterday at here by car, to unload our luggage I entered ZTL that I didn't know this hotel located in the ZTL and not information on trip.com. At this case what should I do to aviod ZTL penalty.
