Jonesborough Homestays

I had stayed here in early September, it was very run down, but we were ok with that. We found the room had ants and I let the staff know. They said that they could spay the room, I asked with what spay, because we have people with breathing problems. They said that I could talk to the Manger in the morning, I said ok and thank you. I talked to the Manger the next day she said she has a guy who is going to spray I asked with what she didn't know, I asked if I could see it first before that she said that I depends on when the guy comes back. I said if I don't know what it is I would not want it sprayed in the room. She said sorry I don't know what you want me to do. I asked what about I a refund she said I will be forced to ask you to leave, I asked why she said that we would not be staying for free. I was really shocked, I would have taken a room change but that was never mentioned, except by the service lady's the night before. I said let me go talk to my family, we decided to try and stay but I did call Radisson to make a complaint, the representative what was happening she said let me call the manager I said ok. Tha manager lied to her saying she had offer that, there is a recording of me catching her in this lie. Well, we left the hotel she said she refunded the money back for the nights we did not stay, plus the 100 dollar deposit. The other problem is that it was through Booking.com and they would not refund me unless the hotel gives them a letter. The Manger has refused and says that she is done with this. I wish this story was shorter and over it is not. So just be careful staying here, you might have a world of problems if you do.
