Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

Housed in a Victorian building, this basic, clean accommodation is well-located in Chinatown, close to the tram. Our room wasn't large but it was cozy, with bay windows overlooking bustling Dundas Street. The room had a mid-sized fridge, and some rooms also come with a microwave. Otherwise, there's a microwave in the shared kitchen.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Stepping inside, it immediately felt like coming home. I was greeted in Chinese, a welcome and long-missed feeling after being away for so long. The hosts were incredibly warm and even offered me some delicious stuffed flatbread. We chatted, and I even managed to do my laundry. The best part was finding a running store, Running Room, right outside the door – a place I'd been searching for ages! I was thrilled to get a new pair of running shoes. Staying at a B&B offers a completely different experience compared to a hotel. The room was so comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I've had in days. If I had to pick a con, it would be that there's only one, rather small, bathroom. It so happened that a friend came to meet me and was waiting outside while I urgently needed to use the restroom. However, an elderly gentleman was in there, and I had to wait for what felt like a very long time, probably about 10-15 minutes. Besides that, everything was absolutely perfect!

This spot is in a pretty hip area, nice park nearby, good food and such close by too - and easy to access. The staff were available at almost any time. They currently dont have reserved parking (the lot is under construction)- so double check before you make a choice here if thats a must. Clean public space, pretty sparce in room amenities, but its tidy and you can get a good night rest.

It is nice having a whole apartment but there is no reception desk. The owner thenselves rents out their apartment and as such all concerns or issues go through them. This isn't a problem really as long as everything goes well. In my case it went fine but the only issue is that the shower curtain fell down in the first day and it stayed down because the owner wasn't available to fix at the time. Good location. Plenty to do and see nearby. Everything else is easily reachable on foot, public transit, or taxi.

Stayed in the deluxe double with private bath. Self check in service was convenient with straightforward instructions. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely felt more cozy than a hotel. Most guests were respectful of the noise level with the exception of the guy across the hall who didn’t know the concept of using an inside voice but that’s no fault of the host. Reserved parking was a plus as I didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Will stay again the next time I’m in Toronto!

Very nice accommodation with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. Communication was quick and straightforward; we were able to spontaneously extend our stay by one night and remain in the same room without any issues. Besides a fridge, kitchen, and a washer-dryer, the accommodation even provided free water bottles, which was a thoughtful and practical touch. The room was clean and modern, making you feel very comfortable. The shower with massage jets was also very pleasant after a long day. The bed is sufficient for two people, but could be bigger. We had to push it against the wall because the mattress quickly gave way at the edge, and you'd easily fall out otherwise. The location is convenient but not exactly central. The good 10-minute walk to the subway and then a 25-35 minute ride to the center (depending on the destination) was uncomplicated but, of course, took time.
