GGuest UserThe hostel had a great location. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but you had your privacy.
Toilets and shower were very clean.
All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))
Oolgakay92Praise the location, bunk room, and lounge/cafe. Was perfect! Staff also very friendly, free luggage before/after check in/out.
Room ambiance is perfect, free lent hair-dryer (they used dyson)
Shower room was clean. There is some small minor such additional fee for towel, toothbrush, a bit cold, and no storage luggage at room. But thats acceptable.
Building only 300meter from Hiroshima station. I couldn’t say more since I am satisfy enough while stay here. Recommended for solo traveling with affordable price.
Price may vary for booked this room, I was lucky got less then $25, planning to stay here again this January, but couldn’t get same price like I was paid last time.🥲
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly and kind. We had a family member in a wheelchair, and they welcomed us warmly. Thanks to them, we had a very comfortable stay in the family room, even though it was just a room-only booking. Although we drove this time, the hotel is close to the station and surrounded by many shops, which was very convenient. Parking right in front of the entrance was a huge help, though it requires prior arrangement. The room itself was simple, cozy, and I absolutely loved it. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!
GGuest UserWe stayed for just one night and were extremely satisfied! It's only about a 10-minute walk from the station, and there's a supermarket nearby, so we felt safe no matter what we needed. Furthermore, the building and the room itself had a very stylish, fashionable, and reassuring design, making it very comfortable. Thank you!
The bed in the photo is a little messy because we put our luggage there. 💦🙇♀️
GGuest UserThe owner was a very friendly couple, and it was a space that made me smile naturally. The facilities were very beautiful and it was a hostel that I wanted to come again. The pork burger for breakfast was also delicious! It seems that overseas people often stay.
It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and there is a public bath, so I think it's the best without complaint.
GGuest UserIncredible traditional Japanese house, newly renovated with everything you need for comfort. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for us to prepare our own meals. The garden is beautiful and you can enjoy ocean view and sunrise from the house, there’s even a blooming Cherry Blossom tree in the garden. Just a tip to keep the sliding doors closed properly because mosquitoes do get in. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
LlwwbThe place was quite clean, and the service was excellent. Laundry is super affordable at 200 yen, significantly cheaper than other hostels which typically charge 300-500 yen. They also have a dryer, so rainy days aren't an issue. The only drawback is that it's a wooden, detached house (not reinforced concrete), so the sound insulation isn't the best. Guests need to be mindful of their footsteps; walking heavily could lead to thumping noises audible downstairs, potentially causing complaints. Furthermore, showering is generally not permitted after midnight, as the sound of running water can disturb those on lower floors. Also, guests are required to make their own beds (sheets, pillowcase, duvet cover) upon arrival, and strip them off, placing them in the designated laundry basket upon check-out. If you're unwilling to do this or find making your own bed a hassle, you might want to consider booking elsewhere.
GGuest UserVery close to the streetcar, very convenient.
There is a lockable locker at the bedside, which is large enough to fit a large backpack, so you can safely put down your belongings.
The staff are friendly and will take the initiative to chat.
GGuest UserVery close to Hiroshima Station! You can reach it by walking, and the traffic location is very good!
Bathroom, toilet, bed and public space are clean (shampoo, shower gel and even face wash are provided) (toothbrush should be brought by yourself)
There is a refrigerator, a kettle, indoor slippers, hair dryer to use, personal bed also has a safe to put valuables.
Overall a great stay experience 🥰
Highly recommend the traveler!
GGuest UserThe counter clerk speaks fluent English, the room is decorated in traditional Japanese style and the view is very beautiful.
Although there is space for suitcases in the room, considering the distance up the mountain, it is recommended to lock the luggage at the JR station and carry a backpack up the mountain. On the downside, there are only two shared shower rooms, so you may need to wait in line, the quilts and mattresses are a little dusty, and the room has poor sound insulation, which are all problems of old Japanese-style buildings. But the price is very high for the scenery, it is worth experiencing for one night
