There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

The room is so cheap. So how can we have much respecting  Be aware of that there is no hot water there

The villa is ideally located, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What truly stood out was the amazing service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again.

The Best stay we had as family! We got the room with Queen Size Bed and bunker bed. The bathroom tends to flood though but everything is good! Hot and Cold service water is available in the hallway. We got a nice view from our window!

The hotel is nearby the Panglao Bohol International Airport. The room is very clean and the staff at the receptionist is also very accommodating. The cost is enough for our very nice stay. You have many options for hotels nearby the airport but this is more better if you are looking for a best price with the best service.

The place is perfect for groups looking for an affordable but great space. Its located at the heart of Mandaue and very accessible to other tourist spots in the city. The room exceeded our expectations!!! Will highly recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly, and once they knew I was Japanese, they remembered my face and greeted me in Japanese with ”Good morning,” ”Welcome back,” and ”Hello.” I stayed for two nights, and it was a nice touch that they left two bottles of mineral water when cleaning the room. If I had to mention any concerns: There was only a bath towel, and it had a slight odor. I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed due to renovations. The elevator also had a noticeable smell.

We had a great time waiting for the boat to Apo Island. We really liked the hotel grounds with access to the sea where there is a coral reef. The breakfast was very tasty. The owner is friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for a a mountain scenic view, you should expect it to be a bit difficult for the location. So I wasn't really overly surprised that the road isn't as perfect but for the view its all worth it. Were lucky to be there on a weekdays so we have the whole place to ourselves. We rented their motorbike for it to be convenient to travel and get to shops coz they have a little kitchen so you can cook. Unfortunately Osmena peak was still close the time we went yet the place made it comfy for us to stay. I recommend this hotel specially for couples and young adults..

The place is very clean, room clean too. The staff are very accomodating and very friendly. The breakfast was average, you cant ask for another instant coffee or tea, you are given 1 cup of coffee or tea or juice, your choice. If you love coffee just bring your sachet of coffee from your room to your breakfast so that they will not charge you if you ask another one. Coffee or tea OT juice should be unlimited. Overall it was a good stay, the view from the restaurant is beautiful, on the loboc river.
