Guest UserHotel was in a relatively good location. Within walking distance there are malls and food stalls. Opposite hotel was the Sichuan opera theatre. Recommended to watch at least once. Hotel is able to get the tickets at cheaper rates. For the two bedroom suite, it is suitable for family of 5 with 1 child inclusive. There is one master bedroom which is directly linked to the toilet with a bathtub. Other room and second toilet is separated. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery etc. detergent is also provided for the washer. Refrigerator has normal and freezer compartment. Balcony is locked but you can sign an indemnity form to open it. Slippers provided are of good quality and house keeping is good. Only downside is the different little issues for different room we stayed in like hot water tap not working. hotel is connected to a mall, the HK cafe there is recommended. Food is good. Also the bakery sells really good chocolate bun. You can find it right after u enter the mall through hotel lobby.
The best thing of course was Tina, who always served with a smiling face and takes the initiative to add you on WeChat to cater to your queries whenever you need. she was also the one who helped to provide breakfast for our child whose breakfast was not included. The other lady who served us on the first night told us we had to pay. It was a very nice gesture from Tina. look for Tina if u stay here, she will be a great help.
For the breakfast,it is not the most fanciful but sufficient. Food changes daily but some food type stays the same. They have a paper where you can order noodles, egg omelette, pancakes and waffles. It will be served to you directly so thats a nice touch. They even provide disposable cups for the coffee machine with lids so that you can bring it out if you are in hurry or needed more drink. On weekday and weekend breakfast, the crowd was just nice unlike some hotels where it feels overwhelming and overcrowded due to the huge influx of tourists and there is no need to worry about food running out. Only downside for us is we can’t differentiate the type of meat. We don’t eat beef but it doesn’t state on the labels so we had to ask each time we wanted to take meat or dishes with meat.
It is easy to call for DIDI (their taxis) from the hotel. If you have 4 pax or less, hotel can call for you but more than that, you have to arrange yourself.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay. Definitely you can’t compare the price to a cheaper hotel. You are paying for quality over here.

Anonymous UserPros: The pictures are accurate, the room has no strange odors, there's a washing machine, a large vanity with plenty of space for toiletries, and the shower has great water pressure. It's a loft-style room with excellent natural light, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of morning sun, but there's a projector screen that can block it. There's also a small sofa. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was cleaned daily. The best part is the location – it's close to the subway station, there's a mall right across the street, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it super convenient. The room has a digital lock, so it feels very secure. There's also a large clothes rack for drying laundry. The soundproofing is excellent.
Cons: Although the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, it's a bit small. The living room is also small, but it's functional. Food delivery can't come up to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up.
For this price and location, I can only say the owner is truly generous! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

This place absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The overall decor is very stylish, creating a warm and calming atmosphere that's perfect for photos. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The entire place was spotlessly clean – the floors, bathroom, and bedding were all free of any odors or stains. The attention to detail was truly remarkable.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with two large double beds and 24-hour hot water for showering. Downstairs, there are restaurants and a subway station, both very convenient. It's also close to People's Park. What's especially great is that there's a table tennis club right in the building, so you can play in the evening and work off all the delicious food you ate during the day!

Guest UserThe soundproofing is excellent; I could barely hear any noise from outside the room. The room has a projector, but I never heard any sounds from other rooms' projectors.
There's a fridge, which was very convenient for storing leftover food for a day.
The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation.
The bedding was clean, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable.
There's a washing machine and detergent in the room, which was a lifesaver after eating hotpot – I just threw my clothes in, and they came out perfectly clean.

chunfenglvyeThis 40-story apartment building is located in the bustling city center, offering family-style rooms.
**Facilities:** Excellent! 👌🏻
**Cleanliness:** Spotless, tidy, and sanitized.
**Environment:** Quiet.
**Service:** Superb! 👌🏻 Definitely recommend it to friends traveling here. The value for money is outstanding, truly worth every penny. If I come to Chengdu again, I will certainly stay here. It's right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient with buses, subways, and taxis all easily accessible. Nearby attractions are just a 2 yuan bus ride away. Qingyang District is the downtown area. The room size is generous. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, but the front desk attendant, seeing I was alone, offered to switch me to a king room for the same price. She explained that the twin room had two beds, while the king room had one bed but also a three-seater sofa and a coffee table, with the same square footage and amenities otherwise. I checked it out and it was great! 👌🏻 If I return to Chengdu in the future, I've decided this apartment hotel is where I'll stay. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Maotouying📍 **Location King:** This is, hands down, the closest hotel to Chengdu East Railway Station! A godsend for travelers catching a train; even with luggage, getting there is a breeze.
🏠 **Space & Cleanliness:** The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and well-managed. The customer service team tried their best to accommodate my room type requests, showing great attention to detail.
🔧 **Hardware Shortcomings:** Opened in 2017, the facilities are showing their age a bit. Water pressure was average, and the hairdryer's power was weak (I recommend bringing your own). Even on the 29th floor, I was bothered by inexplicable banging noises from upstairs, and there was constant construction noise outside at night. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely bring earplugs (a lesson learned the hard way 😭). The front desk training could use some improvement – I specifically requested a quiet room in my notes, but was given one right by the elevator... Thankfully, the housekeeping staff was proactive and helpful without being intrusive, which is a plus!
**Summary:** The location is unbeatable, but the soundproofing and hardware are a drawback. If you're not sensitive to noise, it's still a good value for money option near the East Station; light sleepers should seriously reconsider.

An excellent choice for a stay in Chengdu! This CBD high-rise luxury apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city's southern district. The facilities are new, the layout is open and airy, and it truly feels like a home away from home. A huge thank you to Mina at the front desk for her warm and attentive service, especially for the thoughtful upgrade she provided. The transportation is very convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both short and long stays. This is a high-quality accommodation in Chengdu that's definitely worth revisiting many times!
