Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

The room was very comfortable and felt quite spacious the moment I walked in. It was well-equipped, and the hotel's location was easy to find. The customer service team sent the location details in advance, which was very clear. The front desk even helped me receive a package, which I really appreciated. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is super convenient, right near Taikoo Li. You can walk to the shopping district, which saves a lot of time for shopping and dining. The room was generally clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The different room types all had unique designs, good natural light, and spacious views. The public areas were thoughtfully decorated, and the small details really added to the experience. It offers great value for money and is a good choice for visiting Chengdu. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Facilities: Very new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The floor-to-ceiling windows were huge, making for a really enjoyable stay. Service: Someone personally escorted me to my room, and they even helped bring my luggage down when I checked out. They were also super responsive in the group chat – very thoughtful.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, especially considering the very affordable price. The room was essentially a studio-type unit, providing plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. It also came with a washing machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient during our trip. Although the building is a bit old, everything was well-maintained and functioning properly, including the air conditioning. The receptionists were very helpful during both check-in and check-out. Feel free to approach them if you need any assistance. In our case, the laundry detergent had run out, and after informing the staff, they promptly refilled it for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. It offers excellent value for money, spacious accommodation, and friendly, helpful staff.

Everything here was excellent. This is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel and it was perfect for a longer stay in Chengdu. The room had two beds, one soft and one firm. Both were comfortable. The room had a decent sized, real refrigerator—many places in China only offer “drink coolers.” A microwave. Induction stove. The host messaged me in advance on WeChat to arrange check in. She also messaged me daily to make sure everything was good and to ask if I needed any cleaning or housekeeping that day. Very friendly and professional. The location is great and very central. No issues with noise.Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Almost a perfect experience! This place offers great value for money. The room looked pretty much like the pictures, with excellent natural light. The host was super warm and helpful. When I first arrived in Chengdu, I stayed at a terrible hotel for one night and couldn't bear it, so I quickly checked out. I found this place without much expectation, but it turned out to be so much better than I imagined. It was clean, and all the in-room facilities worked perfectly. The toilet seat was even heated, and there was a washing machine and dryer. The location is superb – you're at Taikoo Li in less than a 3-minute walk from downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road and IFS. It's also close to the subway station. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of a large screen (billboard). Overall, if you're looking for a hotel where you can genuinely relax and rest after a long day of exploring, this is an excellent choice. The host's service was outstanding. Perhaps it was the off-season, but I was allowed to check in early and check out a little late, which they readily agreed to. When I accidentally got a cut, they even brought us band-aids. It felt like they did their best to provide the best service possible whenever circumstances allowed. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the elevators sometimes require a bit of a wait, but that's a minor issue. All in all, this place is absolutely amazing!

The butler service was exceptional. Every day, they'd ask the housekeeper what time was convenient for cleaning. The housekeeper tidied the room and restocked water daily. The butler even helped retrieve packages from the self-service lockers and delivered them to the room – truly fantastic service. The location is perfect, right next to Taikoo Li and just a 5-minute walk from Chunxi Road subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The only minor complaint would be that the elevator can be a bit slow during peak hours.

I had earlier booked another hotel but as I decided to join a trip to Jiuzhaigou by speed train, I had to change hotels and chose to stay at Rayfont Hotel. Rayfont Hotel is very near the Chengdu East Railway Station. Take the exit to East Square and when you exit the station, look up and you can see The Longemont Chengdu. Rayfont Hotel is just behind it. There is also an underground passage from The Longemont to the Railway Station (opens from 06:00 to midnight) which makes it convenient for travellers staying at either hotel. Luggage storage is at The Longemont. I was allowed an early check-in (before 08:00!) and my room was upgraded without additional cost. Even though I could see the railway tracks and trains, my room was quiet and the neighbouring rooms were quiet too. I enjoyed staying at Rayfont Hotel.

This was the best little place we have stayed in China yet! We had the 40th floor with a beautiful view. There was a big fridge, washing machine with detergent, comfy bed, a projector that worked well and had English shows that we could access. An attentive butler through WeChat. Excellent location 5 mins from a subway and easy to hail a didi to.

Had a truly restful stay! This is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during all my business trips over the years. The materials used here are far superior to many resort brands. I arrived during the latter half of the May Day holiday, and the front desk clerk upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite. The bedding was even more comfortable than Hilton's, perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, and the bed was huge. The room was incredibly quiet, and the surrounding area felt upscale and safe, even when returning late at night. The guests were high-quality, mostly business travelers and international visitors. It truly lives up to Yanlord's reputation – the bathtub, shower, and attention to detail were excellent; even the lampshades were spotless. The entire suite was quiet, safe, and odorless, and it was convenient to get anywhere. Housekeeping was discreet, never disturbing me, so I could sleep in until the afternoon and still enjoy the quiet. This past week truly helped me recharge. I'm sad to leave and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!
