First time in Chengdu and my stay was fantastic! ✨ The hotel was clean and tidy, making for a really comfortable experience. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, making the whole process super smooth. The location is excellent – within walking distance to Chunxi Road and People's Park, and also close to the museum and science museum, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The room was really spacious and great. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; you could reach them 24/7 if you needed anything. It's super convenient for getting around since it's right in the city center of Chengdu. I stayed for several days, and the cleaning staff came daily to tidy up and restock essentials. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

Follow-up review: I went to Xi'an, Chengdu, Western Sichuan, Chongqing, and Yangzhou on this trip. I've now completed a month-long journey, a month of vacation, and stayed in countless hotels and apartments. This apartment in Chengdu was still the most comfortable and heartwarming. Thank you again for your enthusiasm and patience!

Very pleased with the stay. The receptionist was always very willing to help me regarding any questions I had (even going as far as helping me return something I purchased from taobao haha). The cleaning staff was also very nice and always asked me if I needed more. The room was very cozy and had everything I asked for.
The location is great, there’s a variety of different restaurants right outside the hotel. The city center, like TaikooLi, IFS or Tianfu Square is only a 15-20min ride with the metro. If you’re interested in the night life, Lan Kwai Fong is reachable in 15min by bike or 6-7min if you book a DiDi taxi (which will cost approximately 1€). All in all I am more than pleased with my stay here.

The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with all the essential amenities well-stocked. I booked a 'lucky bag room' and it completely exceeded my expectations – it was like having a four-person room all to myself! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was incredibly helpful and always reachable via WeChat for any questions. The location is fantastic too, right outside the subway and bus stations. There are plenty of small restaurants and eateries downstairs, and a wide variety of delivery options available. Absolutely delighted!

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. The staff there are very welcoming and helpful, even before doing the reservation they were very kind, they tell you how to actually arrive there. It was very spacious and the view from there was good. I would book again here.

Had a great stay (3 nights) at Sia Suites. The location is unbeatable — right beside Taikoo Li Chengdu and just a short walk to Chengdu IFS. The view from the bedroom was amazing too, overlooking the entire beautiful Taikoo Li area both day and night.
The apartment itself was very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. It had everything I needed — microwave oven, utensils, detergent, charger and cables, lint roller, and many other little essentials you wouldn’t usually expect. You can really tell the host paid attention to the details, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient.

I personally found this place great! It's super convenient, right near the Chunxi Road subway station, and easy to find. The room was clean and bright, with a large floor-to-ceiling window. It's also not far from the main attractions, and there are tons of food options downstairs.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was super efficient, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, clean bedding and a selection of pillows at different heights – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The bathroom facilities were brand new, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The location was also very convenient; there's a subway station and a convenience store right downstairs, and it was only about a fifteen-minute taxi ride to major attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly made rice noodles were especially delicious. Upon check-out, they even gave me a small souvenir, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

I'm really happy with my stay! It's about a kilometer from the Panda ISF, and the nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away. The room is very spacious, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. You can even see the night view! It has a washing machine, a fridge, and the TV has free channels. The air conditioning works perfectly, and there's plenty of hot water with good pressure. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room was very clean. Some of the furniture might look a bit older, but that didn't really bother me. The only minor issue is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can clearly hear noise from the hallway, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

JJourney90A family of 3, we brought our one-year-old baby on a trip to Chengdu. Initially, we chose to stay for 5 nights, but we extended our stay by another 3 nights!
The hotel service was good, and the room was quite clean. In the room, they provided a baby cot and a high chair upon request. However, the high chair did not have a strap.
The breakfast area also has baby high chairs. They come with straps, so they are baby-safe, and the chair has a table for babies to eat from. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot, mainly because there was a wide variety of baby-friendly food.
On the same floor, they also have a baby-friendly kids’ playroom. We used it often during and after breakfast so that the parents could take turns eating. Haha.
The staff were also helpful with general enquiries, Taobao deliveries and parcel returns. The location is strategic too. It is next to a mall full of food options, and there are also malls opposite the hotel for shopping. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to Tianfu Square. Great for walk during springtime!
We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
AAnonymous UserThe loft room was spacious and quite clean. It had all the amenities, like a hairdryer, washing machine, and fridge, plus an induction hob. You could even buy groceries from Hema (just across the street) and cook your own meals. The location is right next to Niúwángmiào subway station, so transportation is very convenient. The only downside is that the bathroom exhaust fan blows air into the room, so after using the toilet, the whole room smells. And after showering, the moisture also blows back in. Combined with Chengdu's rainy weather, after two days the room got very humid. Considering it was a special offer room, I think it's acceptable.

DDav922My stay was absolutely perfect! Xiao Lin at the front desk was incredibly patient; even though I arrived in the early hours of the morning, she greeted me with a smile and processed my check-in quickly. The room was clean, odor-free, and had great natural light, and the bathroom amenities were all there. When I checked out, Xiao Lin even reminded me to take my personal belongings, which shows amazing attention to detail. This place offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped, with two large double beds and 24-hour hot water for showering. Downstairs, there are restaurants and a subway station, both very convenient. It's also close to People's Park. What's especially great is that there's a table tennis club right in the building, so you can play in the evening and work off all the delicious food you ate during the day!

GGuest UserBrought my family of 8 to stay in this amazing apartment. Rooms were spacious and had ensuite toilets. Super clean and there was cleaning service every day. Felt so comfortable it was like we were in our own homes. There was even a projector and a huge living room where all of us could hang out. View was spectacular. Bathtub was right beside a huge window so great to relax in. We were on the 49th floor. Location was amazing, we walked to tai Koo li everyday. Had food options nearby. Ordering didi was super convenient. Wished we stayed here longer. Honestly for this price, it was so worth it. Super responsive on WeChat as well even during the early mornings and late night. Thank you for having us.

GGuest UserThe beds and toiletries were基本adequate. The hygiene was acceptable, with no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning, set to 26 degrees on auto, worked very well. It was a twin room, and the layout was quite compact.
The main advantage is its proximity to the station. For an early start to catch the high-speed train, you just walk across one crosswalk and you're there in about 10 minutes. Coming from the subway exit, you need to go through an underpass and take an elevator to the ground level, or walk through their parking lot. I recommend taking the underpass from the subway exit, then once you're on ground level, walk straight to the hotel lobby. This is more convenient. I'd advise checking the navigation beforehand and perhaps calling the hotel lobby to confirm the best walking route before you arrive.
On the ground floor, there are fast charging stations, and next door there's a Dandan noodle restaurant, a fruit stand, and a small convenience store. It's quite convenient overall. As others have mentioned, its convenience is truly its best feature, especially for catching the high-speed train. It's economical and practical. The photo I took from my room shows the Chengdu East high-speed rail station and the hotel opposite it; I didn't get a chance to photograph the interior.
**Facilities:** There are two beds, a desk, and two chairs. There's a tatami mat by the window. It has hangers and an en-suite bathroom.
**Hygiene:** Generally clean, with no peculiar smells.
**Environment:** The surrounding environment is quite convenient and tidy, and apart from some congestion getting into the high-speed rail station during holidays, everything else is fine.
**Service:** The front desk answered the phone very promptly, and room service was also very quick. If you needed disposable slippers or bottled water, they brought them over very quickly. The service was excellent and very polite.

GGuest UserMy stay at Poly Frasers Place International Apartment was absolutely perfect, and I'm extremely satisfied overall! The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable layout and exquisite, clean furnishings, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, tasted great, and had enough choices to satisfy everyday dining needs. The apartment's high-rise location provided an amazing view, and the city nightscape at dusk was absolutely stunning, perfect for photos and enjoying the scenery – truly relaxing and therapeutic. My only slight regret is that my schedule was tight and time was limited, so I couldn't experience the special pool facilities, which was a bit of a shame. Allen and Glitter at the front desk provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my entire check-in process pleasant and hassle-free. It offers excellent value for money. My overall stay was exceptionally good, and I highly recommend it! Next time I visit, I'll definitely set aside time to fully enjoy the pool and choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is directly opposite People's Park, and free parking is a definite plus. Downstairs, there are great grilled fish and BBQ spots, which I really enjoyed. The room was spotlessly clean, and they provided complimentary bottled water every day – good quality JingTian water, too, which was a nice touch. When I asked for four bottles, they happily provided them without a fuss. The facilities were quite comprehensive. I stayed for a week and had a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely book here again on my next business trip to Chengdu.

GGuest UserChoosing this apartment exceeded my expectations. My elderly parents have mobility issues, so the butler came directly to the garage to pick us up. The elevator goes straight to the room, which was incredibly convenient. It's on a high floor with great views, and the elevator is fast. The room itself is well-equipped, making it easy to cook and do laundry. While there are other apartments nearby, this one offers the best value for money.
