I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's cleanliness and service! The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with brand new sheets and duvet covers, and a complete set of clean toiletries. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were consistently good. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay, proactively helping with luggage and providing local sightseeing tips, without being intrusive. The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both cooling and heating. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, making me feel truly at home. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of dining options and a metro station, making it easy to get around. It's affordable, easy to find, and the facilities are comprehensive – truly great value for money. They also offer free luggage delivery to Chengdu Airport/train stations/main urban hotels.

Almost a perfect experience! This place offers great value for money. The room looked pretty much like the pictures, with excellent natural light. The host was super warm and helpful. When I first arrived in Chengdu, I stayed at a terrible hotel for one night and couldn't bear it, so I quickly checked out. I found this place without much expectation, but it turned out to be so much better than I imagined. It was clean, and all the in-room facilities worked perfectly. The toilet seat was even heated, and there was a washing machine and dryer. The location is superb – you're at Taikoo Li in less than a 3-minute walk from downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road and IFS. It's also close to the subway station. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of a large screen (billboard). Overall, if you're looking for a hotel where you can genuinely relax and rest after a long day of exploring, this is an excellent choice. The host's service was outstanding. Perhaps it was the off-season, but I was allowed to check in early and check out a little late, which they readily agreed to. When I accidentally got a cut, they even brought us band-aids. It felt like they did their best to provide the best service possible whenever circumstances allowed. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the elevators sometimes require a bit of a wait, but that's a minor issue. All in all, this place is absolutely amazing!

I really liked the room because it had a nice design and minimalistic outlook, at the 27th floor of a high building so you could enjoy a wonderful sunset, while having a beer, all from the comfort of your bed. The area was full of food stalls, bakeries, noodles and all kinds of hot pot shops, small markets and shopping malls, making it extremely handy to find anything at anytime, all while being 5 minutes walking from the metro station. Would definitely recommend and stay again during my next visit in Chengdu!

I was very satisfied with my stay, except for the elevators here, which were really slow. The front desk service was excellent, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only issues were the slow elevators and the very poor soundproofing. Other than that, everything was fine~ Overall, it was still good, and the subway entrance is right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The room was very comfortable and felt quite spacious the moment I walked in. It was well-equipped, and the hotel's location was easy to find. The customer service team sent the location details in advance, which was very clear. The front desk even helped me receive a package, which I really appreciated. The price was also very reasonable. The butler service was exceptional. Every day, they'd ask the housekeeper what time was convenient for cleaning. The housekeeper tidied the room and restocked water daily. The butler even helped retrieve packages from the self-service lockers and delivered them to the room – truly fantastic service. The location is perfect, right next to Taikoo Li and just a 5-minute walk from Chunxi Road subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The only minor complaint would be that the elevator can be a bit slow during peak hours.

Facilities: Decent for the area, though it's a pity there was no soap. Cleanliness: The air conditioner smelled a bit if set above 26 degrees Celsius, but was fine below that. Environment: Very good, close to the subway station and right on Chunxi Road. Service: Excellent! 👍

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, especially considering the very affordable price. The room was essentially a studio-type unit, providing plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. It also came with a washing machine, which worked perfectly and was very convenient during our trip. Although the building is a bit old, everything was well-maintained and functioning properly, including the air conditioning. The receptionists were very helpful during both check-in and check-out. Feel free to approach them if you need any assistance. In our case, the laundry detergent had run out, and after informing the staff, they promptly refilled it for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. It offers excellent value for money, spacious accommodation, and friendly, helpful staff.

After returning to Chengdu from Yading, I chose to stay at this hotel for two reasons: firstly, it's located in a bustling commercial district, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and getting around; secondly, while similar apartments usually have much higher weekend rates, this one's price was reasonable and didn't spike too much, which was acceptable. It certainly lived up to expectations! The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and air conditioning. The toilet and shower room were separate, both with exhaust fans, so there were no unpleasant odors. The owner was very kind, even giving us a packet of laundry detergent and explaining how to use the washing machine. We stayed for three days and felt completely at ease and comfortable.
