The hotel is very beautiful.
I hope they maintain this level of quality in the coming years. I would also like to thank Lujain in particular, as well as all the young staff and the foreign workers; they were all very welcoming and helpful.

In the damac tower on Olaya street. There is no front desk. You need to contact the hotel and wait for a while. It is very close to the King's Tower, but Riyadh is not suitable for outdoor walking (the car is too fast and it is hot in summer), so it is still unlikely to walk to the King's Tower.
There is a washing machine and a kitchen, which is quite convenient.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

MM524001****This was my first time staying in a guesthouse abroad. It was beautiful, the owner was Chinese and very welcoming, the room was large and clean, and it was very close to the old town and the tree-lined avenue. It was also very convenient to get a taxi here.
