In the damac tower on Olaya street. There is no front desk. You need to contact the hotel and wait for a while. It is very close to the King's Tower, but Riyadh is not suitable for outdoor walking (the car is too fast and it is hot in summer), so it is still unlikely to walk to the King's Tower.
There is a washing machine and a kitchen, which is quite convenient.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

MM53879****Convenient location, warm and attentive service. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. Three meals a day are included, all Chinese cuisine, which is delicious and great value for money. I would choose to stay here again next time.
