Room view: The average parking lot is city view parking: Free, both above and below ground (you won’t be able to walk underground) bed: 1.2 or so room facilities: The toilet is a bit big for flushing. If you press the toilet button, water will flush out. Entertainment facilities: Swimming pool, gym and KTV, as well as Japanese and Chinese restaurants Value for money: The hotel is relatively new, the equipment is still up to date, and the price is relatively reasonable. Shortcomings: breakfast: A little disappointed, because there are too few varieties and there are no local specialty categories. The furnishings seemed a little old but they were clean and the service was fine. The location is great. The breakfast was only okay. The big selling point of this hotel is the location. Short walk from a subway, South lake park and Gulin lu. If the refurbished and put some more care I to the breakfast this hotel would be well above the standard.

Very nice hotel situated right next to a subway station. The room was spacious. Check-in was fast. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say if It's good.

The lady who checked us in on the first night was very helpful and friendly. The room is old but is well maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff are great, very professional and serious about their work. However, the parking is poor. It is a very small car park which is difficult to get in and out of and is often very busy. At around 2pm on Thursday we arrived back at the hotel after exploring the city. We could not get into the car park, we waited on the street trying to get underground for 10 minutes. We finally called the hotel reception. The staff at the reception desk said ”yes, we are too busy, please wait on the street for a space or park somewhere else”. We asked, ”are only your guests allowed to use the car park”, she said ”I don't know, just wait, there is no solution”. This is not helpful at all, you expect to be able to leave your room, drive out and return without needing to wait 20 minutes to park your car again. Finally, the reception desk staff transferred the call to the staff in the car park who quickly fixed the problem, found another space and helped us to park. Thank you to the helpful and professional car parking staff. It is frustrating that the reception desk staff were so unhelpful and impolite about the situation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

Opening the quilt scared me, and the dirty and stained quilt was exposed. I suspect that a five-star hotel will not let the cover cover a dirty quilt accidentally touch it. After studying, this quilt is not sealed, but the other bed, no sealing is at the end of the bed, this is on the side of the bed. It was really eye-opening, and the first time I saw the quilt at the hotel.

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!
