The hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket. Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds. The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed. There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation. At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

The 24-hour reception is super convenient, and they let you store your luggage for free beforehand. The staff are friendly and professional. There's an elevator, and the room was quite spacious with new amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is huge, with plenty of utensils and counter space available. It's located in a residential area, so you have to walk a bit to find shops, but it's not too far. Overall, it was a great stay; I was satisfied with everything.

We only stayed at Ostello Bello Bologna for one night, but everything was really great! The room itself was quite spacious, with a large bathroom. It was clean, and there were three sets of towels and fresh linens provided. The hotel's location was super convenient! We arrived at the train station from the airport and reached the hotel in a short amount of time. The neighborhood felt very pleasant, and even when returning late at night, we had no safety concerns whatsoever. We absolutely loved the service at the reception! The lady from Finland was incredibly friendly and communicative! Her positive attitude made an excellent first impression. We also tried the complimentary welcome cocktails, and they were super! I'd also like to mention that the hotel itself is very stylish and clean. I particularly liked the common lounge area with a terrace, where you can relax away from the city's hustle and bustle. All in all, I recommend it 100 percent – you definitely won't regret it!

The hotel's location and room conditions are 5/5, service 1/5. We had some problems checking in because the city tax had to be paid by card (this hadn't been mentioned anywhere before). When we were told that neither we nor our friends had a card, the manager only offered to cancel the reservation, as the rest wasn't his problem. They didn't even try to solve the problem on their end (sending a link to pay by card didn't solve the problem). The funniest thing is that the city tax is 3 €, but the stress for the guest is like 300 €. The shampoo in the room ran out during the first shower, some pieces of furniture were covered in dust, it was obvious that either they weren't cleaning it or the guests weren't using it. I recommend this hotel only for one night for the Ferrari Museum.

The positives: *Extremely friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist was very kind at welcoming. *Location is amazing, very close to the public beach *The entire atmosphere of the place is very youthful. *Unbeatable prices in Rimini For the negatives: *The room was small, no air conditioning which made sleeping with 5 other people in a closed non aerated room difficult. *a bathroom is available in the room, however it is very small, and taking a shower there would flood the room. *Cleanliness all in all is questionable. *They provide linen for the bed but no towels. *The bed was comfortable enough.

Son tornato per la seconda volta. Mi piace la struttura, l'ambiente e l'energia che si respira in questo ostello. Bella l'idea della pasta offerta alcune sere. Ottima la serata BBQ con prezzo di 7 euro per il panino. Se hai anche bisogno di un ombrellone per la spiaggia libera lo puoi prendere in prestito gratuitamente.

I have sleeped two nights in Parma. I would be very guest friendly and treated. Breakfast is inclusive, but minimal. - Absolutely again!

The hotel is very historical, high-end atmosphere, large rooms, exquisite layout, complete configuration, quiet, rich breakfast, next time you come to Ferrara will choose to stay.
