Great
旅旅好き美容マニアI don't think you should expect a bath.
The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early!
But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!
GGuest UserStayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable airport stay. A
AAnonymous UserNarita Airport Onsen Hotel was really great! It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and I was worried it might be damp or dirty, but I encountered none of those issues!
Although the room type was assigned randomly, the room was clean and tidy; I couldn't find any fault with the hygiene. Since I had an early flight the next day, I wanted to stay somewhere close by and also be able to soak in a bath to relax. The onsen facilities here are excellent, and after a good soak, you can watch planes take off and land from the relaxation area. The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant.
Every staff member was friendly and kind, and communication in English was smooth. For those with red-eye flights or looking to relax near the airport, there's a free shuttle bus to T2/3, and it's very affordable!
The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is terrible; I don't recommend buying it.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, one or two hundred meters away from the Inari Coast Station, just a few minutes away. There is a big supermarket next to it, and there are many small shops for eating. Life is still very convenient. The room hygiene is OK, but if you live continuously, you have to hang the cleaning sign before 11 o'clock, otherwise no one will clean it, and it will not work for a little more time. This is more depressing.
GGuest Useri just stayed there for one night while waiting for my next accommodation. but it was a good space for what you get for a capsule hotel. had all the amenities you would need. the lockers aren't to big so depending on the size of your suitcase it can fit but if its a large suitcase most likely not.
SSvenja SchimmelPleasantly surprised! We arrived really tired from our flight from Okinawa, and the staff member on duty was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. We were able to check in even though it was after 11 PM. During check-in, the employee also told us that each of us would receive a meal, which we were very happy about since we were so hungry. For each overnight stay, there's a ready-made meal per person that you can choose from.
We would definitely book again anytime, as we were more than just positively surprised and felt very comfortable during our one night there. Plus, it's very close to the airport.
GGuest UserThe response at the reception was very pleasant and explained carefully! !! I was thrilled at my first stay, but I was relieved. I happened to be alone so I could spend a relaxing time! It's enough to just sleep. There was also a parking lot, so it was saved. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much! !!
Kkev1NN💤 **Sleeping Experience:** I thought I'd feel like I was crammed in a can of sardines, but I was slapped down in the cabin the second I laid down! The curved ceiling design wasn't oppressive at all, and the ventilation system was super quiet, with air circulation even more comfortable than my air conditioner! The pillows were surprisingly memory foam, with both soft and firm options! The soundproofing was much better than I expected, and I could sleep through the night with or without earplugs—a delight for those with social anxiety.
🛁 **Bathroom Surprises:** I was blown away by the ”space capsule shower”! The water temperature was instant and consistent, and the horse oil shampoo kept my hair frizz-free! The dressing room provided free makeup remover pads and scrunchies—so girl-friendly! There was even a makeup mirror with an LED light hidden in the mirror cabinet, so I didn't have to do my makeup in the dark. I was so touched!
👥 **Socially Friendly Space:** I thought capsule hotels were just for sleeping, but I ended up meeting so many great travelers in the ”shared book bar”! Work quietly during the day with high-speed WiFi (tested, it easily uploads large files), and enjoy board games with fellow backpackers from around the world at night. A microwave is available for rent in the kitchen, so you can enjoy a late-night bowl of instant noodles while gazing out at the city skyline – instantly embodying the same lonely romance you'd find in Japanese dramas!
GGuest UserThe restaurant has a variety of menu options, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. The reception is also pleasant, and it's great value for money. I would like to stay here again next time.
