Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

Very nice stay. Rooms very modern and clean. Service was terrific , especially Kern and Carlos. Location a bit off the beaten path, but safe and quiet. Great value for the money. Free breakfast limited, but satisfactory. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, the viewing experience is good, the hotel is old-fashioned design, the lobby atmosphere is good, you can drink a little wine in the mini bar at night, there is an elderly person in the lobby playing the piano, feel the atmosphere of the locals holiday, the room can be said ordinary, but still clean. Breakfast and dinner are a place, passable, coffee needs to be ordered before delivery.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast breakfast was good! Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. Showers had great water pressure and best of all, daily Bear sightings on location!! We come to Gatlinburg every year in July and my twin daughters said they want to come back here, they loved the creek walk connected to the hotel where they can walk down and skip rocks! It's located at the end of the ***** and walking distance to restaurants.

This is older facility that could use some updates; however location by stream and within walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg is excellent. Room was average but needs attention given to room windows, balcony was dirty (windows, chair, floor). Windows in elevator dirty also. Just needs attention to detail.

Hotel facilities are slightly older, but the price is cheaper than the hotel in the town centre, standard American breakfast. Parking is free. Overall good, recommended stay.
