Walkable to the beating heart of the famed Santa Fe Plaza area.
Santa Fe
| 0.3km from DeVargas Mall

I designed this house thinking about a business person, who needs to have meetings and work in a very private environment while in Santa Fe.
I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. We provide a comfortable desk, printer with color and Black and white ink. It is absolutely pet and smoke free! It has real pieces of art like an 120 Old Persian rug, two Sergio Moyano ‘s paintings , local Potery and hand made wool rugs. WALK TO DOWNTOWN PLAZA, RAILYARD, AND CANYON ROAD. HISTORIC ADOBE.
Santa Fe
| 0.36km from DeVargas Mall

Historic Adobe Home Within Walking Distance To The Plaza, Railyard and Canyon Road.

Thank you for visiting our site. I have named this casita La Casa de mis Sueños (The House Of My Dreams) because it has been a longtime dream of mine to have a home in Santa Fe. That dream has finally come true and, after spending months making this historic home “guest ready”, we have chosen to share this gem with you.
This beautiful home is mine during the winter months. I can't stay away!
This is an original thick adobe walled Casita. It is an oldie but goodie with all the Santa Fe charm you are looking for. This is not a modern home or hotel but has all the modern conveniences you would need. The casita has vigas with traditional coved ceilings unique to the Santa Fe area, thick adobe walls, and arched doorways. Saltillo tiles cover the bathroom and kitchen floors. Solid pine floors cover the bedroom, dining room and front room with antique rugs that we have collected around the world.
Our casita is secluded behind an old adobe wall and is located on a quiet street in a lovely old neighborhood with no thru traffic.
We have tried to furnish the casita to meet the needs of most guests. The living space includes one bedroom with an en suite full bath, front room, dining room, furnished kitchen and a shaded, private courtyard behind the aforementioned adobe wall. This is our favorite spot for enjoying morning coffee or a cold beverage after a day spent exploring the world-class shops and galleries that Santa Fe has to offer.
The bedroom is equipped with a luxury iCloud memory foam queen-size mattress with luxury linens and high definition television with DIRECTV service. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a reclining club chair for additional relaxing. The spacious dining room also holds the stereo receiver equipped with a Bose speaker system. It is also Bluetooth compatible, enabling guests to pair their device to play their favorite music. Local artwork adorns the walls and many of the furnishings are created by local artisans.
The home has air conditioning for warmer days. Also included is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Free wi-fi and parking round out the highlights.
The casita is located within easy walking distance to the historical Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard District and Canyon Road. The average person should be able to make this walk in 8-10 minutes, or less. Several very nice restaurants are also within walking distance.
DeVargas Center is about 2 blocks away and houses over 50 shops and eateries, including The Market grocery store, Sprouts Natural Foods and a CVS Pharmacy.
We welcome you to enjoy our beautiful casita. It truly is a dream home in a dream location.

Stayed for two nights. Every morning I was woken up by the waiter at around 8 or 9 o'clock. On the first day, there was knocking on the door. It was bang bang bang when both of us were sleeping. Saying that we didn't need to clean and later didn't work. I opened the door and spoke in Spanish very quickly and I couldn't understand it at all. Anyway, I asked him to leave. It seemed that there was knocking on the door again after a while, which affected my rest. On the second day, we were woken up by the room phone at around 9 o'clock when we were sleeping soundly. . I answered the phone but there was no sound from the other end. I was woken up two days. There are many hotels in downtown and Loretto is also very beautiful. Anyway, there is no need to choose this hotel for the location or something. I am so angry. The toilet was blocked after using it normally. The cleaning didn't change the towels on the first day and there was no use on the second night. There is no bottled mineral water in the room, not even at the front desk? ! ! !

I booked a suite with two double beds, and since I was planning to walk all day, I emailed the hotel directly to make sure I would be able to get a room with a bathtub to relieve my fatigue, but unfortunately, because a group of guests had arrived on the day, I ended up with a room with only a shower during my stay, which was disappointing. There was also no coffee maker in the room, so I had to go to the bar area near the front desk to get one until 11am, which was inconvenient. It was a short distance from the room, but when I had no choice but to get dressed and go to get a coffee, I happened to see a person wearing only a bathrobe with the front open, with their legs open and barefoot, which taught me that I don't need to be so careful. I was in a hurry to look away, so I don't know if the person was a man or a woman. It was convenient that you could request a free shuttle bus (only a tip) anywhere within the map of Santa Fe center (you can get a map) from around 9 or 10am until 10pm. When you leave the hotel, tell the front desk and wait at the entrance, and a very friendly driver will come to you in about 1-5 minutes. Also, to pick up from outside to the hotel, you need to call the front desk and tell them the location. This time, I couldn't use the phone in the United States, so I used Uber taxi every time I went back, but I had no problem using Uber taxi in Santa Fe. It's okay to walk to the center during the day, but it seems better to avoid walking after dark for safety reasons. Tomasita's restaurant, which is just a few minutes walk away, served very delicious southwestern food. Also, if you leave the hotel door and go around the parking area, you'll find the Saturday morning Farmers Market right outside the back door. There is also an area (indoors and outdoors) adjacent to the Farmers Market where you can buy souvenirs such as accessories and tile art directly from local producers, which was fun. At night, you can enjoy live music in the restaurant area with a fireplace. The Native American flute performance was very fantastic and wonderful. The room has a high ceiling and is spacious, but there is no door on the sink, so it's a bit hesitant to use the hair dryer when someone is sleeping. The bed was high, so Japanese people had to climb up on it and couldn't sit down, but it was very comfortable.

This is a nice hotel for a 2 or 3 star level. It’s basic but comfortable. There is a nice pool. Comfortable bed and clean. The decor is newly redone so it’s a nice change from the usual frumpy budget hotels. Its in a good location if you’re using the airport, otherwise I’d try a place closer to downtown

The sheets and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. But the soundproofing is not very good, the corridor will be heard louder. Last night, the car next to us in the parking lot was stolen, and the security really needed to be strengthened. There are not many breakfast options, but the free ones are not very demanding. The location is good, between the airport and the city, there are restaurants and shops nearby, the price is not bad, overall I will stay again, but the car was really scared by the burglary.

Our stay at the Sage in was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with both check-in, check out, and any additional questions we had. The restaurant and bar located on site is amazing. And there's a great salad place about a 5-minute walk from the hotel (Vinaigrette). We were able to walk 10 minutes to the farmers market as well on saturday! The location is great and close to anything you need to do in Santa Fe.

BBiankaMOur stay at the Sage in was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with both check-in, check out, and any additional questions we had. The restaurant and bar located on site is amazing. And there's a great salad place about a 5-minute walk from the hotel (Vinaigrette). The hotel is in a very good location convenient for the train yard area and an easy walk to the old town. The staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel was quite clean and well maintained. It is reasonable value for the price.
