Sky-global_alexVery friendly staff and efficient check-in at the reception with minimum waiting time.
The location is convenient, breakfast is cost efficient and very resourceful.
I would highly recommend to stay here for any type of traveler.

1mp3rialxHotel is good: clean and spacious. They offer free breakfast, and appetizers and drinks in the evening (advertised but i never tried or confirmed).
The only issue is that they need to streamline their deposit process, as they're apparently unable to hold the deposit if stay extension is required. As such, had to check out and re-check in, therefore paying deposit twice, instead of them holding the initial deposit from the initial check-in. Refund takes 3 to 5 business days, but as my banking is foreign/international, it takes longer, ergo short on funds. Other than that, everything else ok.
Daley Zheng
Daley ZhengThe hotel is in the city center and the location is great. The front desk service was also excellent. The room was quite spacious. I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday. Early Saturday morning, the fire alarm went off repeatedly. It scared me, and I wasn't sure what was happening, so I quickly grabbed my passport and wallet and went downstairs. Later, I found out it was just a drill. So early in the morning... I was really quite speechless.
Sirja
SirjaGreat hotel with an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Union Station where the airport train arrives. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. There were coffee and tea making facilities in the room, and a cafe in the lobby. The breakfast was quite tasty; you can order one dish and a drink from the menu if breakfast is included in your room rate. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, especially Andrew who stood out during check-in. You can leave your luggage for storage when checking out, and there's daily housekeeping. The price was a bit high, but I guess that's typical for Toronto. Also, the heating system was quite noisy, but it wasn't an issue for me personally. Similarly, the soundproofing might be a bit weak for sensitive sleepers. All in all, a good deal, and I would consider returning.

Guest UserHaving Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out.
Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus.
Location was great.
Beds were very clean and comfortable.
Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution.
The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room.
Overall a great experience. Thank you.

Guest UserThe hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay.
Howard watanabejin
Howard watanabejinCheckinn is the new high standard hostel ..I've travelled to all the Toronto hostels and this newly renovated hostel is the Cadillac of hostels .
I was a former staffer of the old park .this is a serious renovation of course with its Hongkong hostel standards ...check inn though a bit far from the main scene it's area is filled with super mkts and real Toronto street life . It could use a few study tables but the rooms r kept clean and a 24 hr sentry . Private rooms r my recommend forget hotels .
They could use a few vending machines esp after hours . The tv is a bit too big and no one uses it .
There r patios if u choose the right room . There isn't a cooking area but there r hot water auto dispensers .
Fridges plenty .
The only drawback is there r no set towel.
The place is kept clean which is important .
Guest User
Guest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).Trending Searches
