Xin Luo
Xin LuoExtremely satisfied. The price was very reasonable, the location was great, the environment was quiet, and it was just a few minutes' walk from the Toronto Botanical Garden. The room was large and very clean, comparable to a hotel executive suite. The host was very nice and even provided breakfast. Highly recommend to everyone.
Joyce. Tan
Joyce. TanThe room was very clean and spacious. There's a shuttle bus, which makes getting to the airport super convenient. Plus, there's an awesome fried chicken place right next door that's absolutely delicious! 😋 The front desk staff were really friendly and even let us check in early.
Daley Zheng
Daley ZhengThe hotel is in the city center and the location is great. The front desk service was also excellent. The room was quite spacious. I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday. Early Saturday morning, the fire alarm went off repeatedly. It scared me, and I wasn't sure what was happening, so I quickly grabbed my passport and wallet and went downstairs. Later, I found out it was just a drill. So early in the morning... I was really quite speechless.
Sirja
SirjaGreat hotel with an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Union Station where the airport train arrives. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. There were coffee and tea making facilities in the room, and a cafe in the lobby. The breakfast was quite tasty; you can order one dish and a drink from the menu if breakfast is included in your room rate. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, especially Andrew who stood out during check-in. You can leave your luggage for storage when checking out, and there's daily housekeeping. The price was a bit high, but I guess that's typical for Toronto. Also, the heating system was quite noisy, but it wasn't an issue for me personally. Similarly, the soundproofing might be a bit weak for sensitive sleepers. All in all, a good deal, and I would consider returning.

Guest UserThe hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay.

Guest UserThe location was about a 35-minute train ride from Union Station. This was my first time staying in a dormitory, so I was a bit nervous, but the locks on the entrance and room made me feel secure! It was also very clean, which I highly recommend! However, since it's still a foreign country, I'd advise wearing a fanny pack with your passport, wallet, and other valuables while you sleep. There are lockers, but they don't have keys, so it's a good idea to buy a padlock at Daiso or a similar store. Also, be aware that you'll need a padlock with a long shackle, as shorter ones won't fit! Check-in and check-out were smooth, which was a plus! The price was also cheaper than other dormitories, so I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind being a little further from the city center.

Guest UserHaving Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out.
Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus.
Location was great.
Beds were very clean and comfortable.
Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution.
The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room.
Overall a great experience. Thank you.

Guest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).Trending Searches
