It doesn't have a desk or a suitable chair for working.
The sofa is already warped from use.
The terrace door doesn't open, so having a terrace you can't access is pointless.
The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough with 24-hour hot water and good pressure.
The location is good, although it's a bit far from the center. However, all kinds of shops are nearby and public transportation is very close.
The reception staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

|1.45km from EllesmereLocation: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel.
The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them!
Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying
The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly.
House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

Our room was wonderful, our bed so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Toronto. I'm also very interested in checking out other Hilton Hotels at other locations. I hear there's Hilton in Hawaii??

However, the service at the front desk is quite enthusiastic, helping to carry luggage, check travel agency information, and call a taxi (of course I also have a tip). The health service is not good. I don’t know if I didn’t leave a tip on the first day. I came back the next day and found that I didn’t clean the room! Others are OK, walk to the CN Tower for about 30 minutes.

The bed and breakfast deal would have meant eating from and/or in an adjoining small coffee shop - so no nice breakfast buffets or very limited breakfast menu. The website pics of vaults look amazing online, but in reality the vault was cluttered as a storage room. The room (3210) was tired, cracked tiles in the bathroom, dirty windows, very basic crockery (2 plates/bowls) and cutlery (2 of each - knife/fork/spoon) - made the kitchenette hard to make the full use of. The in-room coffee machine was dirty, so didn’t use. The room is basic and bathroom old fashioned with old white shower curtain, dirty brown/cream stone tiles with ingrained dirt. The advertising online shows the hotel as a contemporary interesting old bank/vault which was why we booked - in reality it’s old and tired in most places - including the lifts which are scratched old dark wood. The ‘spa’ or gym is limited. On a plus note, the hotel was a great location to see Toronto. Would we stay there again… I’m sorry to say… no.

The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night

The room itself was perfect. Very comfy and luxurious at the same time. One silly thing. We both felt the vanity top in the bathroom was a bad choice. It was black with white blobs in it. We both tried to wipe them off thinking it was soap or toothpaste. 😄

This hotel is the total package of;
Awesome, extremely, kind, and considerate employees and that is everyone! From the super happy and helpful Beth (Bethlehem) at the front counter, the cheerful and funny room service gentleman, the sunny and bubbly wait staff in their dining facilities, and of course the all-important behind the scene cleaning staff which kept this hotel the cleanest I have ever seen!
The lobby was welcoming, clean (you will read this word a few times in my review), and well-appointed.
Check-in was a breeze and Beth got us to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours on the train.
We were too tired to go out to eat so we called room service. The food was excellent, timely, and plenty of it.
The room was spotless, everything was so clean you could feel it when you first entered the modern and beautifully decorated room. The layout was so unique, with plenty of storage, extensive use of glass throughout the room, and, customizable lighting. A huge glass shower with a large overhead rainfall showerhead.
The breakfast buffet was great, hot, and filling, and the restaurant was very, very clean and had a great cup of coffee as well!
The only issue some people may have is the price. For the area, it was located in and the local attractions just minutes away by walking, well worth the price as you get top value for your money. A 2-minute walk to Union Station Via rail, GO train, and the Pearson train was a bonus.
Our go-to hotel for Toronto!

FYI, I am no stranger to hotels whether here or abroad having traveled extensively as a military crewmember as well for our pleasure trips. Stayed in 0 stars to ”Dubai” star hotels from cheap to expensive and everything in between.

The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport.
Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine.
Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

Did not encounter housekeeping, or use any of the facilities like the pool. My one comment is that the heater in my room was rather loud.

The complimentary airport shuttle also made my overall travel arrangements very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. If you're comfortable using the local public transport, you'll find a bus stop within a 3 to 5-minute walk. I forgot to take photos during this second visit, but I easily used the bus to get to Mississauga city center and even Toronto's Union Station, which was incredibly convenient.

On the right is a subway station more than 100 meters away. There are also 24-hour convenience stores and department stores on both sides.
The room is large, spacious, bright and well-equipped, which is equivalent to a one-bedroom apartment, much larger than the rooms of Tokyo Empire and Hong Kong Conrad. The restaurant on the first floor is a high-end restaurant with no buffet. Breakfast costs 30 Canadian dollars per person, and dinner costs about 60 Canadian dollars per person. If you want to save money, you can go to Whole Foods 500 meters behind the side. It is very huge and has everything you need for cooked food, and there are even rice self-service lunch boxes.
Located in the wealthy area of Yorkville, Toronto, it is safe and quiet. There are no tour groups. Most of the guests are Europeans and Americans, but the hotel is also very friendly to Chinese people, with warm smiles. There are two Asian girls at the front desk who can speak some Chinese, so we checked in in two or three minutes.
The only minor issue was that the hotel asked us to pay a facility fee twice. We explained to the hotel that the Ctrip booking included all fees. The hotel said they had not received the facility fee, but after looking at our confirmation letter on Ctrip, they kindly said they would reconfirm with Ctrip and it would not affect us.

It is no problem to cook and buy food by yourself. There are two Chinese car rental shops within one kilometer. It is very inconvenient to have no car in Canada. It is also very convenient to rent and return the car. The owner of the homestay is Chinese, there is no problem with communication between the two sides, and the service is very warm and thoughtful.

Room was great no issues. Staff were friendly.
Location is great. Planes go right over your head when you are outside so cool to see. A few solid restaurant choices around.
