Very comfortable stay in Business Bay. The room was modern, clean, and had a beautiful city view, especially at night. The bed was comfortable, the housekeeping team did a great job every day, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The location is excellent — easy access to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and many restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful during my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. I also appreciated the large windows, nice interior design, and overall value for money. A great option for both business and leisure travelers in Dubai. Highly recommended!

The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.

This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!

Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.

The room was great and very clean. The hotel staff at the front desk were also very friendly, and there was someone to help with luggage. It's close to the subway station and there's a shopping mall nearby where you can eat. The only downside is that the view from the window isn't great.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. However, the hotel appears quite old, and there was a noticeable moldy smell in some areas. The reception was often very crowded, and it seemed understaffed, resulting in longer waiting times during busy hours. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient location and clean accommodations, but the hotel could benefit from better maintenance and additional front desk staff.

the location is very near to Naif Souq and Gold Souq only walking distance... During my stay for 1 night, most of the traveler are African and Indian... I took breakfast in the hotel which only served bread with planta and strawberry jam, paratha and chicken sausage and salad of cucumber and carrots. If you need a comfortable room, this is not the place but just for a sleep and near to the Souq, it is very convenience.
