Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

New place, just opened in april 2023, so far perfectly maintained, clean as a whistle, nice decor too...my single room was very compact, but well designed in loft style (i.e. you have to climb a ladder to go up to the sleeping area) and complete with smart tv, big fridge, coffee maker, hot water shower... attractive room rate too! Location wise, it's in a residential area but nearby lots of local food and walkable from public transportation option (busway or station)

Cheap prices in the middle of Jakarta. Near Plaza Indonesia and close to minimarkets and other places to eat. Passing through a fairly narrow road. The service is really good, friendly and communicative. The room is also clean and has a smart TV in it. Get towels and soap too. Really worth it for that price.

I stayed 5 days in this hotel Location: The hotel is located in that area, the access so easy and in the downtown of Jakarta. Room: I got the room without a balcony, the room is big but so dark for me, honestly I don't like the room. luckily the bed is comfortable. Food: I tried their breakfast and room service. Both are tasty. and this hotel has a cafe where you can seat and work too there. Facility: The hotel has a swimming pool near the restaurant, for adults, the swimming pool is too small but for kids it's okay. I love the gym and sauna area, I forget in 9 or 10 floors, the gym place is good. Staff/Service: The staff was so nice and kind.

Many eateries like cafes and restaurants nearby. Few massage parlours too. Walking distance to Sarinah. If you can walk about 800m you can reach the Grand and Plaza indonesia, Thamrin City. Room is very spacious and cosy. Got the smoking room on level 8. Hotel interior and exterior looks like a 5 star hotel. Was so nice of the Front Desk who upgraded me for free. Didn’t manage to try the breakfast. Free laundry for you to do it ON YOUR OWN. They provide detergent and there’s dryer too. Everything about this hotel is good. From the staffs, location, interior etc. Book it!

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. I booked this hotel because it looked pretty nice online but I was super disappointed. At check in I paid and did the paperwork but they made me wait to get my key even though it was 4pm and check in time is 2pm. I didn’t understand if the room was not ready or why I had to wait so long just to get a key. The receptionist was overwhelmed with calls and people walking up and I guess he forgot about me because I only got a key when another receptionist finally came out and took my information again. The key has the room number handwritten on a piece of tape holding the wifi code. Spoiler alert, my wifi worked for about two hours and hasn’t worked since. You walk in and immediately face the toilet bowl which is unsettling. The bathroom is super tiny with no sink counter space and one towel and one bath mat. The toilet roll was almost finished so whoever prepared the room barely did anything which made me worry how clean it actually was. I’m not a fan of the pillows which look like bigger versions of those neck pillows you use on flights. Maybe some people like that but I didn’t. They did have two regular pillows on a shelf though. The room is small and disappointing. I booked non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and noodles or something bad and when I called down to complain they sent a guy to spray the room. It lasted maybe half an hour before it smelled again. I didn’t sleep well. The nice things are the tv which is a good size and the AC worked well. I’m still iffy about how clean the sheets are. The fridge wasn’t that cold. The staff didn’t really understand my complaints and ignored me telling them about my wifi twice or perhaps didn’t understand. I asked for a refund and to check out the day after I checked in Eve though I’d paid for three nights. They said accounting has already processed the payment so no refund which makes no sense. Have they never had to give a refund? I don’t want to stay but they refuse to refund my money even though I stayed one night and paid at the property. That’s unacceptable to me. All in all I think they mean well but honestly I don’t recommend this hotel unless you really just don’t care where you sleep: there are cheaper options I’ve stayed in in Jakarta that were far nicer

Great service, cleanliness and best recommended. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. We had a wonderful stay at the accacia. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Jakarta.

Room is cleaned every day 24 hours front desk and very friendly staff and security. The room was fine for me but if I was in a couple and we had lots of luggage it would be a problem. Very good price for the room. There are 2 laundries 1 minute walk away and they will wash dry and iron clothes for 10000 R a kilo. Lots of great food options great quality and bargains if you enjoy the local cuisine. I stayed on Jalan Jaksa 23 years ago the backpacking scene has long gone now and the 2 remaining tired back in the day hotels that remain are a similar price to this. The taste of Padang food and the smell of clove cigarettes, in the humid air mixed in with a sprinkle of city sewage and street food reignites memories I had long forgotten

This is second time in this hotel because i like the location. Easily reachable to main road, good foods and nice mall. But by default there is no fridge and safety box in the room. I have to ask for the safety box to be installed. No fridge is kind of down since i cannot store fresh drink.

I enjoyed my last 4 nights in Jakarta here. The standard room is very clean and spacious enough. The wifi is good and the bathroom nice with hot water. the bed sheets and and pillow case are not change throughout the five night. Dirty blanket cover, when room service still the same blanket cover with the same spot dirty. Only toiletries are change. Never go!!! Scam without a doubt. As soon as we got to the room we saw that the sheets had been visited by at least 5 guests before lav****. A room that if you say you don't smoke doesn't have windows and if you smoke you have to pay extra to have a window. The bathroom left me speechless. Rusty shower tray, no mirror in the bathroom, lousy ventilation and deplorable toilet hygiene. We came to rest from our trip to Bali in Jakarta but instead of resting it was torture. Every night around 9 pm the party started, I tell you: the hotel consists of 5 floors and the rooms are on 4/5. On the second floor they have a magnificent karaoke that is heard even in my brain until 2/3 am. In short, impossible to rest. Anyone who wants to come here is going to have a very hard time because it's the worst place I've ever slept in in my life. After the first night I realized that the rooms are for s3x0 after drinking and singing for hours. Since, as I said before, me and my partner and foreign substances from other clients were on the sheets. Do not trust the photographs because they are worse than makeup. I had been there for a day and couldn't take it anymore.

The first thing I like is the strategic location. Once close to the Trans Jakarta stesen. But unfortunately there is no name plate in front of the hostel, so I was confused looking where it is. The capsule bed is nice, everyone is given a locker to store things. The cleanliness is stable and the common room area is also good. Hopefully the toilet between the women and the men in the future can be separated. Overall, I recommend staying here for budget travelers.
