Guest UserGuest UserThe hotel is nice, clean, well-furnished, and has spacious rooms. The staff are friendly. The location in the lively Werksviertel and near Ostbahnhof has its charm – especially if you don't mind noisy nights. Even on the 20th floor, you can hear the bass from the clubs and rooftop terraces. Perhaps it's better in the rooms facing away from the scene (which should be the odd-numbered rooms). At 32 Euros, breakfast is definitely not underpriced. I would not book again.
pousurepousureThe room matched the pictures perfectly – very nice and new, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's a supermarket right downstairs, and I was surprised to find two large TVs. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The P+R parking lot next to the hotel was a steal at 1.5 euros per night.
Be really careful with parking in Germany; someone dinged my car at some point, and it cost 1150 euros in damages when I returned it. The rental company said it's quite common in Germany for people to hit your car in a parking lot and just drive off.
Rachelle YRachelle YWe booked two Comfort Rooms for our family of four and were happy that the hotel assigned us two rooms right next to each other. That made things much more convenient for us.
The rooms themselves were quite small, though. Once we opened a large suitcase, there was barely any floor space left. The bathroom was also on the small side. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well during our stay.
A nice touch was the complimentary minibar, which included a few soft drinks, a bottle of beer, and two small bottles of water (one still and one sparkling).
It’s hard for me to judge the location overall, but there is a tram stop nearby. Tram 19 provides easy access to places such as Marienplatz and other parts of the city. We also used Uber to travel to and from Munich Central Station, which cost around €16–20 each way.
Breakfast was decent. The highlight was definitely the egg station—the freshly cooked fried eggs were delicious. The bread selection, however, was fairly basic and not particularly exciting.
Overall, it was a bit disappointing as we expected more from a 4-star hotel.
Guest UserGuest UserWhile your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable.
My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures.
Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias.
A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team.
Die Ausstattung Ihres Hotels ist zwar akzeptabel, die betrieblichen Mängel und das Verhalten Ihres Personals während meines Aufenthalts waren jedoch absolut inakzeptabel.
Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden.
Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an.
Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.Guest UserGuest UserThe room rates were incredibly high during the conference. The facilities are quite old, and there are stains on the walls and curtains. I forgot my charger adapter, and when I went back to look for it an hour later, everyone said they hadn't seen it. The breakfast was also very average. The only advantage is the location, and the front desk service was okay.

The bathroom is bright and clean, but there are issues with the shower, though. The water temperature sometimes fluctuates wildly.
The reception staff is friendly. It has been a good stay.yangyangThe hotel is a convenient 8-10 minute walk from the train station. The area around the hotel is predominantly populated by residents and businesses that do not speak German. While there are several supermarkets nearby, none of the small shops sell water. The only option is a 1.5-liter bottle of 'mineral water' for a steep 2.50 Euros. Munich has very hard water, so much so that boiling a pot of water leaves a noticeable amount of limescale. The hotel does not offer luggage storage services. The double bed, measuring 1.3 meters, was fitted with two 1.5-meter mattresses, which easily slipped off.
