旅行咖啡旅行咖啡When I returned to the hotel on the evening of August 14th, I noticed a towel carelessly left next to the bathroom sink (under the hair-dryer). There were red stains on the edge of the towel, just like the towel left in the walk-in shower the previous night. I am not sure if it was the exact same towel. I have stayed here for business several times before and never encountered these issues. Additionally, the caps on the glass water bottles were very difficult to open.

The water glasses had stains, and the duvet had a large, disgusting coffee-like stain. I waited 50 minutes to check in. Initially, there were three Indian front desk staff who had a very poor attitude. They took a picture of my hotel reservation and told me to wait ten minutes. After 20 minutes, I asked how much longer I'd have to wait, and they said two or three more minutes without giving a specific reason, just whispering amongst themselves. After another 20 minutes, I went to confront them, and mysteriously, they found someone who spoke Chinese to check me in. They claimed the platform order had just been transferred to their system, which is the first time I've ever heard such an excuse. After checking in, my luggage was delayed. I went downstairs to inquire and found three Indian porters just standing around. When I asked, they said they had delivered it earlier but no one was in the room. That's impossible; the three of us were in the room the entire time. It's hard to believe this is a 4-star hotel costing 1000 yuan a night.Guest UserGuest UserOverall is a good stay. The bed is consider moderate hard with spring, pillow is quite old. You can hear sound from the door if there is someone walking or talking in the corridor. Sprinkler head is fix, you cannot adjust while shower. Water pressure is normal from level 2, not weak not strong. Water dispenser is at the corridor, in front of the lift. If you want to iron clothes, also located in the corridor. 2 water bottles are provided, toilet tissue paper, and also soup.MelonsyaMelonsyaIs my family go to hotel when we are in subang. The room was quite spacious, and i can see they did reno for toilet. Just maybe cause its old hotel u can see some wear n tear. But for the price its okay i guess

The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping and dining, and it's close to Sunway Lagoon, which is great if you're traveling with kids. However, the bar and restaurant downstairs are very noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider.Guest UserGuest UserThe location is great, right opposite to Sunway Piramid Mall. The do peovide simple breakfask from next door cafeteria. But the room is not very clean, especially the towel. It is recommemded to bring ur own towel. There is nothing provided in the room, except the shower gel. The room is quite small. It is very noisy from the street (motorbike at night) though we stay at level 3. And guests from other rooms also make noise. However, for this price, u should not expect too much, it is just a place to sleep, then it is enough.Guest UserGuest Userhad a wonderful stay at this hotel.
