Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Sunway Lagoon Water Park, which made getting to the rides and slides easy and fun for the kids. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options across its numerous restaurants, and the room service was quick and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily, and the public facilities were clean and family-friendly. This hotel is an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of comfort and entertainment. The service was professional and friendly, and the staff were always ready to help. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur. It is recommemded to bring ur own towel. There is nothing provided in the room, except the shower gel. The room is quite small. It is very noisy from the street (motorbike at night) though we stay at level 3. And guests from other rooms also make noise. However, for this price, u should not expect too much, it is just a place to sleep, then it is enough.
