Guest UserGuest UserNew hotel just opened recently. Everything nice and clean. Extremely good service. Highly recommended for those coming for pickleball tournaments at 91 Sports Arena or Tomaz. Just 5-7mins walking distance away. Beside it is Mynews ( 7-11 type store) .Less than a minute walk there is an awesome steakhouse at the corner and famous Kajang satay on your right as you exit the hotel. The only downside is the 4 Parking slots.
旅行咖啡旅行咖啡When I returned to the hotel on the evening of August 14th, I noticed a towel carelessly left next to the bathroom sink (under the hair-dryer). There were red stains on the edge of the towel, just like the towel left in the walk-in shower the previous night. I am not sure if it was the exact same towel. I have stayed here for business several times before and never encountered these issues. Additionally, the caps on the glass water bottles were very difficult to open.

It also has direct access to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, which is fantastic if you're staying here to visit the park. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it's generally acceptable. For Chinese guests, the breakfast selection is quite limited. The minibar is very disappointing, with only two small bottles of orange juice.Guest UserGuest UserNot quite up to 4-star standard
The hotel feels quite dated and definitely could use a renovation or refresh. Compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in, the overall facilities and amenities did not feel up to the same standard.
There was no Type-C charging port, no bathrobe, and some of the basic amenities provided felt quite low quality. The towels were very thin, and the slippers were also extremely thin. We were staying as 2 guests, but only 1 pair of slippers was provided.
I was also quite surprised by the housekeeping practice. Every morning, housekeeping would knock on the door to ask whether we wanted housekeeping if we had not put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I found this quite disruptive, especially when guests may still be sleeping or resting. At other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at, housekeeping usually only cleans the room when guests put up a “Make Up Room” sign, so guests are not disturbed unnecessarily.
Overall, I feel the hotel needs to improve the quality and quantity of its in-room amenities and consider renovating the rooms to bring the property closer to the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.

Everything was good — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent.
