Front desk could be a little more sensitive and allow me to check in around 09:00 am instead of 11:00 am due the flight delay. They expected to pay almost 50% of the rate of the room to be inside two hours earlier . The front desk manager could be a little more considerate das well since I check out at 10 pm , I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast in the next day , but they refuse to allow me to have breakfast in the check in day. Room is ok, and they have shuttle services to the airport. Dinner is almost and reasonable price .

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

I came to my surprise and I had no internet. I was in maintenance and he came back only the night. The room has no phone to talk to the hotel. I have to go to the doorway. There are only two towels and there are no floor towels, i.e. vc needs to take a towel and get on the floor to not slipping. The room where I was sweet was hair on the table. The window doesn't open right. The garden was very black. The rooms are cleaned, and there is no fridge. You need to take water from the street to the hotel. Because there is no phone, you can't ask any water. I didn't like it. Furthermore, you only receive a small sabble to wash your hands. And to take a bath, there's a kind of liquid sabble in a pot that is recharged. Very unsafe! Imagine if someone puts something unknown in that sabble? And ai vc takes a bath with that. It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

It's a Ibis. If you have any advantage in Ibis Hotels, you're not surprised at anything. They are all the same. A simple room with good cleaning, a TV with some channels, a OK internet and a bad cost-benefit in general. Morning coffee, if you don't make a meal that fills your stomach and compensates for lunch, the price is not justified. There were two only reasons to host me in this hotel when I am working in that region, which is its location, which is very close to the region of good bars and restaurants of São José do Rio Preto and the loyalty program ALL (I am Platinum). We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. Breakfast with many options. Chocolate cup bonus to place in the cakes. Parking including with manufacturer and good location, near the Republic station. All educated and performing staff. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. The bathroom seemed old, needing maintenance - the door of the box very hard and strange, the cap of the bath vase. I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.

Location is great, airport shuttle, I woke up very late so I don't know how the breakfast was, but the airport shuttle was very convenient. I took a picture of the airport bus timetable

Very comfortable, new, clean hotel and transfer to the airport is excellent and punctual. Some details disappointed me: I took this hotel with breakfast because of my flight time, and I had few options, not repair the missing options, even though only half an hour after the start. Another thing, staff of different appointments appear to be not talking. I left the car parked in the hotel during my trip, and the car official said it was possible to hit the car around, while they made me pay for the checkout.

This is a great hotel just 10 minutes by shuttle from GRU international airport. I spent one night in a Suite before an early morning flight and absolutely loved the hotel and my room. Staff were extremely friendly, the suite was very large and beautiful, with a very nice granite bathroom, lovely L'Occitane Agua de Coco amenities, very comfortable beds, and I will stay there again without hesitation. The hotel has a small lounge for suites (and executive floor I believe) offering breakfast (which I could not try due to my early departure) and small happy hour (gin, whisky, wine beers, soft drinks, nibbles, etc). It has a swimming pool (again could not try due to my timings), a fitness centre with sauna and hammam (note that they do not provide towels for the sauna/hammam so you need to bring one from your room. The hammam is also extremely hot). I also tried room service which was good without being excellent. I really really wanted to give that hotel 5*. The only reason why I didn't is that I got repeatedly woken up due to the room service people not being able to locate my credit card details. I gave my passport at check in (both when I did online check in and in person in the lounge) and my passport details and the next morning, reception confirmed to me that it was on file, but for some reason room service could not find it, and so they ended up calling my room repeatedly, knocking at my door etc whilst I was fast asleep (my alarm was for 5 the next morning before 27 hours of flying, so I really wanted a good early night), even after I explained repeatedly that 1) I had given my cc details and 2) in any case, if they could not locate them, they could absolutely leave the bill at reception and I would pay the next morning (I was asleep and really didn't want to wake up and dress just to resolve a bureaucratic failure on the hotel's side). This felt frankly unpleasant, and whilst I do not want to blame the person who did it personally as I am sure that they were just following their procedures, this made me feel unwelcome (unlike everything else I experienced in that precisely very welcoming hotel) and I had precisely chosen that hotel to be able to sleep so being woken up several times really killed the point. I really think that this should have been handled better (I am also a frequent guest with that chain and they have all my details so it's not as though I was going to run away like a criminal to not pay a BRL120 bill!) But again, apart from that slightly sour experience, everything else was 5* and I am hoping that this was a one off and that next time, I won't experience similar incidents again.

There are two very distinctive sides to my review here. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were good and clean, breakfast and amenities were good, and location and value were great. My negative feedback comes from their policies/enforcement of their policies from their front desk workers. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM or so after a 9+ hour flight, plus immigration, etc. at the airport, so a 12+ hour travel day, we were tired. We went to check in and were asked for our passports. I (who booked the room) presented mine and my wife gave them her ID since her passport was at her parents house in Brazil. The front desk worker stated that she needed her passport to be able to check into the room. I mentioned that I booked the room, and she had my passport, so I didn't understand what the issue was. She eventually gave me the key to the room, but said that my own wife could not go up to the room with me until she had a copy of her passport!?! I then noticed a sign behind the front desk that basically mentioned certain illegal activities not being allowed at the hotel. At the end, that is exactly what they treated my wife like, a working girl, not a valued customer. We have traveled ALL over the world, including other places in Brazil and we have NEVER been required for our passports at check in to ANY hotel. Very disappointed in this situation and will not be returning to the Ibis because of it.

No extra bed, the room is not very big; suitable for bringing children together; breakfast includes sausages and scrambled eggs, fruit and bread and a variety of drinks; this shop is very cost-effective. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. We are on a flight at 7:40. We will have breakfast at the restaurant at 5:30, and the shuttle bus will arrive at the airport at 6:20. We will arrive at 6:20.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Delicious bed. Huge room and bathroom that cannot be mentioned...very big. The location is on a very ugly street and the hotel charges a parking fee, which is ridiculous, but other than that...great.

At the exit of Campinas along the Anhaguera Highway. It has a close shoping. So location is the strong point. But the attendant too. Good room, bed and shower. Snacks in the room are good quality. It has double rooms for families, with interconnecting door. So choose one that is not so if you are not in family you may have trouble soundproofing with the neighboring room. Suggestion to the management to place in these doors acoustic rubber tape. That was very good.

The negative point was the service. Even though in the online booking process I had provided all my details, again at the hotel I was forced to inform everything again. And, most seriously, the attendant didn't recognize that the reservation was for two and, right away, wanted to charge me an extra amount. Due to the urgency, I agreed to pay, until she made a mistake. In short, a slow, incorrect process, unprepared receptionists and a failure in the reservation system.

I spent a night and I was tired so I was not very detailer, the app environment is half old but did not disturb me, I had a little difficulty to remember that the card was freeing energy from the app, the phone should have a number to ask at the reception. A modern style hotel close to Campinas centre. Rooms are just the right size in modern design and well equipped. My room had a nice small balcony but the street noise does not invite to stay long outside. Unfortunately you also can hear louder cars and motorcycles when the balcony door is closed! The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a well equipped fitness area in the 21st floor with nice view over Campinas; on the groundfloor a small but very nice outside pool invites to spend some time. historic town centre and a zoological parc are within walking distance (15-20 minutes) The breakfast is very good, cold and warm buffet. Only in the evening I found the restaurant a little dark, I had hard times to read the menu.
