This hotel is incredibly close to the Frankfurt exhibition center, practically right next door, which makes attending events super convenient. It's also just a five-minute walk to the subway station. The Western-style breakfast is diverse and plentiful. Getting to the city center is easy, and it's only a few minutes to the train station. The Römerberg square is also very close by.

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

In the centre of Willingen. All at walking distance. Hotel superbly clean. Beautiful rooms, good beds. Perfect shower. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Sufficient parking opportunity. No improvements.

The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the subway. Even so close to the airport, I couldn't hear the planes taking off and landing while I was resting. The room was spacious and very quiet, and the breakfast was also excellent. This time, I'm especially grateful to the handsome receptionist who worked the early morning shift on August 16th. I was looking for the guest in the room, but I had a midday flight and couldn't get through to them. I probably overslept, so I called the front desk and asked for help. My English isn't very fluent, but the handsome receptionist understood me and helped wake the guest. I'm very grateful. I'll definitely stay here again. 5⭐️.

The hotel is great . I spent overnight to fly in the morning. The shuttle bus to the airport is very efficient. The room is in very clean and in good size . Really recommend it

My opinion is the same as I had during my stay at the same hotel on April 3rd and 4th, 2025, except that this time they gave me a better room and I checked in with a very kind and polite person.

We were on the way back from the holidays and wanted to eat in a special restaurant in the evening and not to go home afterwards.  We have searched for a pool hotel and there is the Best Western Plus.  The price of €72 is hardly to be hit and therefore we have booked. In the car my wife then read the reviews and hoped that they did not true, because on a loud and dirty room she didn't want.  When we arrived it looked perfectly ok from outside and inside as a typical 4-star Business Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, we were noticed that the standard rooms are on the railway route ( which runs right behind the hotel), but that doesn't disturb us. Parking in the parking house is perfectly OK and almost cheap. A request made in advance was satisfied at 100% as high as possible and as far as possible from the chair and we received the last room (745) in the hall and 7 floors 👍 The room was penibel clean, and looked really great, almost new.  Then quickly moved and to the 8 floors where the pool and the wellness area are located.  It was all without any reproach, the whole wellness area worked newly and since no one was there, we could be out and had the big pool and sauna area for us.  There is nothing to make in this hotel but there is nothing to make in this hotel. We cannot understand the partially bad reviews🤔  When I select a hotel on a railway connection, I cannot wonder when trains drive🤔  Clearly it is loud but with closed windows to handle locker and whoever likes takes a room on the other side. We were informed directly about it and could have changed, the staff was competent and very friendly. For me this hotel is a clear recommendation

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s breakfast is scrumptious. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located - 10 minutes by taxi after getting out from Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf. It is an ideal selection for one night before a long distance flight the next day. And there are also shuttle buses between the hotel and the airport. The room is nicely organized and their restaurant also offers dinner, which is very comfortable especially when arriving late and tired. They also have sauna and pool if I look in the elevator (but I didn't have the time to try yet). Their staff can speak perfect English which is quite convenient for persons like me who know only very limited German. Overall, it is a good choice from my point of view.
