Amazing
NN YipThis is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

JjaneshiluEven traveling in the off-season, I still booked this hotel three months in advance. I also pre-arranged the airport shuttle via phone and email, worried about long immigration queues, but there was no wait at all. The shuttle was less than 1/3 full, confirming that off-season travel offers superior comfort. My room on a high floor had expansive views. In the morning, I pulled back the curtains to see Mount Yotei, then it started to rain and storm, only for the sun to come out again and reveal a rainbow 🌈. Strolling by Lake Toya was incredibly pleasant, and the buffet was super rich and delicious. The rooftop infinity onsen offered direct views of Lake Toya, and I even got to experience bathing in the snow, which was truly beautiful!

__wenI specifically booked this hotel with its own onsen (hot spring) room, and overall I was very satisfied! Dinner, in particular, is a must-book; you can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. The only downside is that most facilities close at 10 PM, so arriving early might mean missing out on them.

PPF CHENWe booked two rooms and found insects in ours on arrival. The staff was very apologetic and proactively upgraded us to a fantastic room with a private onsen and a stunning view of Mt. Yotei. The new room was flawless: incredibly clean, with top-notch amenities and free parking. I particular like the mirrors in the room, very friendly to lady that needs to use for make-up purposes and the full body length mirror. It shows the thoughtfulness of the hotel for lady guests! The hotel's handling of the situation was impeccable. They turned a negative into a overwhelmingly positive experience. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

TTellaThe hotel is porfessional and all staff are friendly, greeting each time they see you - it does make a difference to the feel of the hotel to have friendly staff. I didnt understand the set-up at first, but now that Ive seen it I can help clarify - there are several hotels in the area that share a central location called Niseko Village and Pure activities - Hilton and another hotel open up directly onto these two areas within a 2 min walk. The Pure activities include the adventurous outdoor fun like the tree walk. There is also a shuttle bus that runs several times a day to some key locations and is great if you dont have a car. I also just want to thank Trip.com for helping me. I initially booked a different hotel but it did not go well and Trip.com reperesentatives (Lexi) really helped me and put me at ease when I was starting to worry that I wouldnt have a place to spend the night for our family.

KKY YenWe were a group of 10 guests, staying for two nights across five rooms. Two of the middle rooms had a view of Mount Yotei, but the rooms themselves were noticeably old. The bathroom layout was particularly unacceptable — the space between the toilet and the wall was barely the width of a hand, making it very inconvenient to use. In contrast, our friends who stayed in the newly renovated rooms on the left side had spacious and comfortable accommodations, which made a significant difference. Furthermore, the dinner and breakfast served over the two nights were exactly the same, with no variation at all. The head chef truly needs to improve the menu planning. What was most disappointing was the rude treatment I received from the restaurant manager before entering the dining hall on the second night. I immediately emailed the hotel to report the incident, yet even after two weeks, I have not received any response. For a hotel in Japan, this level of service can only be described as “one-star service.” In my ten years of traveling in Japan, this is the first time I have experienced something so disappointing.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time to live here. Staff are nice and helpful. Hot spring is excellent. Hotel room is spacious and clean. It was a pity that the hotel restaurant was temporary closed during the period of our stay. I would highly recommend my friend. Hope the hotel restaurant would ve re-open soon.

GGuest UserHotel is within walking distance to the bus terminal where the bus from Toya Station stops at. The room is huge and spacious, and there is a clear view of Lake Toya from the room. Room is clean, but it is a smoking room so if you cannot take the smell, you can always open the windows to air the room. Nevertheless, the room is clean and there is a hot bath at the basement of the hotel that you can enjoy after a day of sightseeing. The only regret I have is only staying a day at the hotel. Will consider staying multiple days the next time. Highly recommend for budget conscious travellers who wants to stay around Lake Toya without breaking the bank!
