The service was great but the room was messy. The sheets needed to be replaced and the room/couch had not been thoroughly vacuumed.

Comfortable beds and a clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast options were decent - a couple egg options, waffles, yogurt and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Half of my room did not have electricity. One associate stated he could not operate his television, either. For Albuquerque, I paid a high rate and I am not sure why. Search for other options.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely breakfast was deliciously good.

Doug did a great job of checking me in and the following up with a phone call to make sure everything was alright. I had run out of Kleenex tissues and he sent someone up right away with two additional boxes.

Night front desk staff very attentive and friendly. Hotel room was nice. Day shift front desk staff seemed to spend most of their time out front on a smoke break.

In general, this is a lovely place to stay. They were cordial and they even gave us (the early balloon fiesta people)a bag of goodies to take with us. The only complaint I had is that the shade in the room was stuck and wouldn't go down. I reported that to the manager who promised quick attention to the issue. Three days later, I left to return home and it wasn't yet attended to.

The staff was hospitable and very accommodating. Special touches were that they had to go bags of food for people who left early to the balloon fiesta, before breakfast was served. The beds were so uncomfortable though. For the price of the hotel, I would not book here again.
