Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

This was out 3rd trip through Albuquerque and we have stayed at the Microtel every time. Rooms are great. Refrigerator. Continental breakfast. Everything is slways terrific.

all common areas were dirty, the staff totally unprofessional, the breakfast was terrible. The room was very small and also dirty. The pictures are deceiving, staying in this hotel was an awful experience

Booked a double queen. The room was filthy from top to bottom. A variety Biological spray everywhere. It is clear no one is cleaning these room. Upgraded to suite which host said we would be very happy in for $20 more. It might have been $20 cleaner but was still gross. Everything was in disrepair.

I had to move to a room that had a lock on the door that actually works. Safety and security are number one on my list of must haves for any hotel.

Front desk attendant was not very helpful, only one ice machine worked in the building. Overall just ok

The pictures when booking was not how hotel looked on the inside. Would have asked for a refund but was tired from driving 1300 miles and needed to rest my eyes

Unfriendly staff, filthy sheets (I had new sheets delivered), tub wouldn’t drain and sink was slow drain, hairdryer barely worked and the breakfast was a joke. Wyndham should remove there name from this property. I’d advise to drive right past it.

The bed linens were scary and outdated. The blanket was sticky. The door to the room needed to be adjusted because it was hard to open and close. When closed, you could see out around the door frame.

Would not recommend. When we came in through lobby doors a homeless person was lying inside and the whole lobby reaked of urine. Non smoking room all of third floor smelled of smoke. Management was nice enough to find me room on first floor
